Someone calls from this number at least 4 to 5 times a day.  They never leave a msg. Does anyone know who this is?

In the current economy, with millions unemployed, these people have NO heart, they would rather see you homeless, by paying them a measly overdraft fee or fee's and ignoring your rent or utility payments.

Answered the phone. Gave the woman the phone number for the White House. Told her that the man that lives there would take care of it. Hung up.

This # call here 5 or 6 times a day. When you anwser, the lady wants you to comfirm your # first before she talks to you. Well, this is a scam company of the worst type. No one should deal with the caller or have anything to do with it.

It's Wachovia. It is not a scam.

What annoys me the most is I answered a call once from Wachovia and out right TOLD them that the person they are calling for no longer has this number and now they are starting up again? Ridiculously annoying especially when I have to run for my phone thinking its a family member or a friend calling and its just them. They've called twice today in the span of 2 hours.

Yes that is Wacovia Collections.  They have been try to collect money from me on an account that was at zero on 1/1/2010 and yet they tell me that they were paying debit card charges that came in on Feb. 20, March 10, 15, 25 and 30 also on dates in April and May.  I tried to get an answer why they would pay on anything on a closed account and they could not give me an answer.  I told them, since I too was recording the calls and I closed the account back in January of 2010 I would not pay the $59.93.  And I added that if they wanted that money take me to court in CA. since that is where I live and I would have all my tapes and statements and see what would happen.  They continue to call and I continue to tell them the same thing.  Then I told them if it continued it would be harresment since I live in CA and they would call me at 5am, 6am and 7am since they are on the East Coast and calls at that hour, they were braking the law at the hour they are permitted to call anyone.  The hours are 8am to 9pm.  But it is Wachovia Funds Recovery Department.

This number calls 3 times a day. When I pick up they do not say anything. I think they are a scam. I think Wachovia is scamming people. They do not try to help when there is a problem. It's the customers problem and not theirs. 866 211 6980 used to call and I try to tell them the lady misinformed me when I close my account. And everyone I talk to gives me different info. Now this number calls and no one says anything so what the hell is going on. Do they care or what? I don't think so!!!!!!!!! Why should I pay overdraft fees or anything when I asked the lady is there anything pending and she said no and now they are saying there was things pending. That lady should pay not me!!!!

This number keeps calling for my husband. We have never done business with Wachovia Bank nor do we have credit cards.

I refuse to answer.

They have called here twice today in a span of 4 hrs, looking for a Miguel.   I get these type of calls almost weekly that show up on my ID as "800 service", sometimes they will have different numbers.  90 percent of the time they are looking for an hispanic individual. We tell them to quit calling  and they don't.

People keep refering to this number 1-800-920-1000 as Wachovia. Is this the Wachovia Bank from Florida?

Receive calls from thsi number several times a day including Sunday morning at 7:30am. IF you pick up you usuallly get silence. Today I answered and held on. A man said it was Wachovia calling and wanted to discuss my accounts He asked me to give him personal and accounting information so he knew he was talking to the right person. If this really is Wachovia they really have a problem. Gave the guy no information and told him to send me a letter with his name and the inofrmatin he wants. I wouldn't bet on getting a Christmas card .

If you call Wachovia you will get nowhere so they;re no help.

This number calls me 6-7 times a day, about once every other hour. I get complete silence if i answer the phone, and if i wait on the line to  see if someone speaks it will disconnect after about 15 seconds.  This is pure harrassment!  I've read that it's Wachovia. I previously had a Wachovia account that was closed months ago.  I just stopped answering the phone altogether when i see the number.  I wish they would STOP!

I returned a call from 877-920-1000 and received a recorded message that identified the caller as Wachovia, a Division of Wells Fargo, notifying me (an account holder) of a telephone number change to 866-211-6980.

Why am I getting all these calls to my fax machine and wasting paper. This is a legal Veterinary office in Brooks Oregon, number will be reported to BBB and ODJ

Received 2 calls within an hour this evening.  I didn't answer and they left no message on the recorder.  If it is Wachovia or Wells Fargo, I've never had any accounts with either so there's no reason for them to be calling.

Don't answer it.  They leave no message.
