Brighthouse Networks.

I guess Brighthouse starts calling pestering for your payment the minute the bills go out. This number called and left a message that it was a courtesy call, and there would be a late charge added to my bill the 20th. They call here all the time, even though I am paid up.

I agree Brighthouse calls way too much. Before I pay my bill, after I pay my bill, wanting me to get a landline so they can get more money of out me. Harassment I say harassment!!!!! I'm always a month behind which really isn't because they charge you a month in advance, sorry but I'm not going to pay for something I have not received.

I swear that it was just a couple of weeks ago that they were calling from all sorts of numbers..this one says private & the other one says unknown. They know we pay at the same time every month. They know that it's been at least a year that we have been behind one month. Is it really necessary to call us all day long until we pay??? I guess their employees have to really earn their money.

And my biggest [***] about Brighthouse....and cable companies in general, is the fact that you pay in advance, and if you are late, they charge you a $10 late charge for a service you have not received yet. Since all of them are sleeping with the politicians they can get away with this.

I don't owe them nothing at the moment and they still called.  I don't think it's always about your bill.
2nd... the complaint about paying late is just childish.  Be a grown-up and pay your damn bill on time, only have your self to blame. Sheesh.

they just called me, im paid up to date. however i AM on the do not call list-and would like them to quit bothering me. if i want extra services ill let them know.
and Mordechi, some people would love to pay on time but are unable to due to when checks come in. why dont YOU grow up..and get a freakin heart. you dont know why some of these people are late in paying or what their circumstances are.

The number is from Brighthouse. They just called, left a message about digital converter upgrades they will be doing.

There will be an HDMI component cable update on 6/15.  If you use the HDMI settings, you may want to write them down before the upgrade.
This only impacts you if you use the HDMI settings.

You are right! There was a time when I was struggle to pay the EXPENSIVE bill, but I'm good now. I still get calls and the payment comes out automatically! GEEZ!

This call from Brighthouse Networks was notification that when they do a software upgrade later this month it will cause problems for anyone whose system is connected using HDMI cables.

I just got a call from this number, too, but they didn't leave a message.  I just paid my bill this AM, which was due on 6/12, AND I called this morning to reduce my bill.  It's amazing that if you just ask, they will reduce it!

Keep in mind that by federal law Brighthouse is breaking the law by calling before the bill is considered late. A courtesy call is still considered a collection call because it is in regards to monies owed to a service provider

How long do I exactly have to pay my brighthouse bill until the charge me a late fee or start blowing up my phone?

I haven't even received a bill for this cycle and they're calling as a "courtesy" to let me know that the bill is due??? I don't get it, but I'm thoroughly annoyed.

Brighthouse calling to remind me that my bill is due in a few days. Fvckers.  Incidentally I tried to speak to someone at Brighthouse re what services I could drop to lower my bill and was told that because I have a bundled package (phone, internet, Cable with Showtime) if I dropped down to, say, "standard cable" I would be paying about $50 more a month because of the super special package I have!
Another thing: Their services start out with "basic cable" and "standard cable" and those names confuse the hell out of me because the names sound interchangeable and tell you nothing about the type of service you have. Still have no idea which is which.  I loathe them. Can you tell that I loathe them?  LOATHE THEM!!!

Gee, same thing happened.  I forgot to pay my bill, which was due on the 12th, got an e-mail notification from them this morning and paid it.  Darned if I don't get a call from them this afternoon!  I didn't answer it, because I didn't know who it was.
