Received three voice mails from a Michael Lockwood, first called on a thursday stating would be out on the next Monday.  Nobody showed up. Again called Tuesday and said would be out on Wednesday , nobody showed up and then another call on Thursday stating would be out that day. Another number was left 866-658-9438 too on one occasion.

Got a call from a Michael Lockwood stating coming to my home or place of employment today. Did leave the 877-957-3009 number yesterday as well. Said he will be coming today but nothing so far.

Did anyone ever come to your house or work?

I received two calls from a Michael Lockwood on Nov. 25 and today that I need to call 877-957-3009 or they would come to my home or place of employment with papers.  I tried calling back and it just rang....

Did he ever show up?  Any clue what this is for because I don't know why he would be calling me...

This joker called my number and says i should be home to sign  a legal document!   First all if someone comes on my property i don't know I'm calling police or old betsy will take care of him!  It looks like a bill collector calling and wants you to call back to see if you are there then give you the pitch.  Don't anser call and don't call back above all don't sign anything if you choose with this rat!  Put his number on your phone to rejct it!

Got a call from an Andrew Davis threatening to show up at my residence and place of employment to serve me with papers "that I should be well aware of"...called back, got the same voice that left the message, and was told that no Andrew Davis works for them, they don't know who this is, and they will not disclose the name of the company.

Real legal servers do not call, they just show up!

What company is suing you?  What's the case number?  What's their contact information?  Any of that information would prove what you're saying.  I'll save you the trouble and tell you now that you have no information and that's because (as DM1 stated) you're a liar.

So aren't you being represented?  If you don't owe money to the plaintiff, this should be an easy case for you to win.  

If you do owe money to the plaintiff, why aren't you still negotiating a settlement with them?  There's no law anywhere in the United States that I've heard of that forbids you from negotiating a settlement in a civil lawsuit with a plaintiff after a lawsuit is brought.  You can even negotiate a settlement all the way through trial and even after a judgment if you want.  I'm sure the plaintiff would rather get some of their money now, even if it less than they are suing for, if they might otherwise be risking an adverse judgment.

Are you just sitting on your hands thinking there's nothing left to do but submit to the mercy of an overly litigious or even fake debt collector?  If so, you may not be a shill.  You might be a fool, instead.
