Received a threatening call from company that they were sending someone to arrest me.

Received a threatening call from this company saying they were coming to my job right now to serve me court papers and i would be sued for twice on top of court fees. They would not give me any information what so ever about their company. No web site address, no residential address, would not verify any information about their company. They claimed they were LAWYERS. I have been researching their company for over 3 hours. They gave me a false name i believe. And i am pretty positive it is a collection agency. I will be contacting a lawyer my self, bc not only is this unprofessional but it is illegal to misrepresent as a collection agency.

Received a call from a private number but the young lady left a message stating that I had to call the 1-877-968-6973 number so that me & her could arrange a time that she could come & see me because I have some legal documents to sign & if I do not sign them I will automatically be served. No name of the company was left, but the lady claimed that she was in my area & did not want to have to keep comming back.

Received a call from a private number. She is stating that she is an attorney 1-877-968-6973. No name of the company identified.

Received a voice mail a week ago saying that a Tanya Morris was filing claims against me and my social security number in a county 140 miles away, and that I had one hour to meet with the caller.  Claimed the call was coming from "legal services", and gave a case number.  There is no conceivable reason that I would be subject to any kind of valid claim.   The "name" of the person purportedly making the call was given as "Donna Anderson".  Caller ID indicated "private call".   The message left had a cadence that led to me believe that it was being read from a script.  I did not call back, and have received no further contact.  Upon my first listening to the voice mail I thought it had a bad smell, but now that I have read the earlier posts on this page, it positively reeks.
