Scum...keeps calling.  No messages

This caller said they were from the Alberta Govt. Business Development office. They have called numerous times. I answered once to say, "Not interested thanks", and hung up.

The caller said she was calling form the Massachusetts Development Office.  I was asked to verify our current location and wondered if we were still looking for office space.  I said we were not looking for space and she said okay and hung up.  Not really sure why she would have been calling.

Caller said she was from Ontario Development office wanting to confirm if we had found office space. Asked her to confirm business owners of company. Party hung up immediately.

Caller continues to call my cell phone and a co-worker's cell phone.  My co-worker answered, and they asked if we had completed our move.  She asked "what move?"  Caller hung up.  Won't leave voice mails on my phone.  Shady.

Just received a call from this number, it's been a few months since she has called. She asks the same thing every time, " Are still looking for place". I tell her the same answer every time, "No, we are not moving". So when I answered the phone today and heard her intro, that she's with the Texas Business Development Office. I told her, "No" and she said are you sure your not moving and I said, "Yes, I am positive!" and hung up and she called me back and told me, "Go to Hell B****" !  

Don't give them any info. Bogus. Impersonating govt official, a crime.

Filipino scammer pretending to be from the California government.

I have gotten a few dozen calls from this number this year and last year. They have been very rude. They call and ask me how many employees are here and when we are moving. When I stated that I did not know when we were moving or if we were moving she asked me to guess. Then I told her I didnt know how many people would be here she got confused. She then proceeded to ask to speak to "miss.xxxxx" if this was actually someone legitimate they would have referred to my boss by her full name and not her nickname. BEWARE! She also hung up and called back 40 min later and hung up again. If you call the number back you cant.

Someone named Amanda called me from this number and asked if our company would still be interested in moving - I asked where she got her information from, and she would answer me.  When I said we had no plans I was aware of to move she hung up on me.  I called the number back and there is voice mail for someone named "Sharon"  - sounds like a scam of some kind - don't answer and don't give any information for sure!!!!

"Paul" from "Washington Chamber of Commerce" asking if we had completed our move or if we were still looking. Not sure whty he wanted to know because I suddenly became very dumb and could not answer any questions. "Uh... I don't know anything about that." "Uh... I'm not sure who would know about that." "Uh... I'm not sure who my boss is..."

I got a call from someone saying she was from the "State of Pennsylvania", asking if we completed our move.  I ask her if she worked for the State of Pennsylvania, she replied "yes".  I said if you work for the State you can look up all of that information on any documents.  Asked her name and she said Amanda Craig.  Put her on hold..she finally hung up.

I got a call saying they were from the Chamber of Commerce. I asked which one and they said Pennsylvania. Then they asked if I was planning to move. I said where are you located. Then they hung up. Didn't sound like the call was from the United States.

Caller was Indian and said he was from the New Jersey Business Developement office asking if we were planning on moving.  He had old information as our company was bought out by another company about 5 yrs ago.

Bassturd Indians arrogantly demanding to know all details of confidential business information along with personal information about employees and owners.  Their scam is that they say they are from 'chamber of commerce'.  They never specify when you call them out on exactly which chamber of commerce.  And when you ask them they say Andrew Williams in a terribly wretched Indian sandeep panbooptur accent.  They continued to interrogate me in their Indian accent demanding personal info until I asked them for their personal info to which they quickly panbooped their pants and hung up after I also threatened them with a curse of a ravenous mythical creature upon their posterity.

They say they are calling from YOUR STATES chamber of commerce of the government. Thy the ask to confirm your address. JUST KEEP ASKING THEM fo an exact name and address of their comppany and they WILL hang up. Tell them you are recording them!

Claims to be Amanda from State of Michigan Chamber of Commerce, yeah right???!!!  She asked when our company plans to move from our current facility.  Filipino accent and rude.  Smelled like a scam from the second I saw the number on caller ID!!!  Once I told her we have no intention of moving, she hung up.

Woman with very polite greetings (Yes, good morning, Ma'am.  How are you today? etc) but accent that made it hard for me to understand every word called saying she was from the Texas....Government? Office.
Which government office? I asked.
She hung up.
