It is a Debt Collector. Although I am not positive on which one, I believe it to be First National Collection Bureau.

Some idiot by the name of Zack keeps calling me but won't even tell me what the debt is for. He says that I need to be served and that they are giving me a courtesy call to make sure that i'll be home. If I'm being served, shouldn't it come as a surprise? If you are hired by someone, wouldn't you want me NOT to be home, so that you can keep coming back and making more money for your attempts? I feel bad for you, I'm sure you went to college hoping to work for some Fortune 500 and ended if that job instead.

Not sure if you're a shill or just incredibly stupid and uninformed -- or all of the above. A process server (a REAL one anyway) doesn't call ahead, as this would be the best way to ensure that there's nobody there to take the service. Calling and claiming to be a process server is a common technique used in illegal collection/extortion scams, the sole purpose of which is to imtimidate the victim into making a payment over the phone and thus allowing their identity as well as their money to be stolen.

Kindly keep your misinformation to yourself when you don't know what you're talking about.

And in many places you're served by a deputy sheriff, who has no financial stake in whether you're served or not. And, no, neither the deput sheriff nor the process server will call you the day before to tell you you're going to be served. Nor will any law enforcement agency ever call you to tell you you're going to be arrested.

Debit collector that uses scare tacs only pay if you want to fix your credit but make sure they give you a letter and fix your credit within three months or reverse charges

I asked Justin Morris (Manager) about the lawsuit and they calm it's not his company but doing further research they are in Riverside County and found out that they have the same owners they are a scam don't give them any info and google the address they give you its a mailbox place

i had a deb i payed it threw them an it went on my credit as payed infull since i have not been cotacted r anything. they where very good with me. if u owe it an know its your pay it an it will go away.... u spent it so pay it. this is why the world is in trouble like it is. so get over it

Caller was looking for my brother..claimed there was a pending legal action against him and unless he called back in 5 hours it would be filed...number came thru as restricted...left me a phone and case # for him to contact...sounds like a hoax to me.Seems if this were legit they would contact him via certified mail

This # just called my 80 year old mother stating if I did not call them within 3 hours they would serve me at her address. I have not lived at my mothers house in 25 plus years. If this was real they would have my home address as it has been the same for 25 years. When i called them back they would not give any information of who they were working for just wanted my info.
