These people will not quit calling or harrassing me.  Told me about pending charges filed against me.  Will not tell me who they are.  Have called other family members harrassing them, even ex family.  Had my attorney call them but will not return his call.

Carla Brown called me and told me people were on the way to arrest me. Told me she worked for NC. I asked her then why was she calling from a cell phone at 6pm?That cell phone number 980-2159134. She told me I'd be arrested within the hour. I hung up- she called left a voice mail stating I had charges against me. I asked her if she works for a debt collector what was the company's insurance license number to collect a debt in NC. She said it wasn't a debt. She asked me to verify information and I told her - no she needed to verify information such as what was the call about. She said the record was sealed and she wasn't going to lose her job opening it. I told her that's not how serving warrants works in this state. She yelled at me to just listen or go to jail. I said I'll just go to jail then, see you within the hour to pick me up. She yelled well have 2 forms of ID ready and hung up. I called my local and county police- I do not have a warrant nor were they sending someone to my address. I will be filing a complaint on this with the FCC and NC DOJ tomorrow. I have also called the cell number back twice letting it ring for more than 3 minutes each time- there is no voice mail and no one answers.

Received a phone call from a cell number and this is the number they told me to call back. They told me I had 45 minutes to call or I would be getting arrested

Beware off this Scam use common sense nobody going to jail or court it all part off the scam why won't people report them or call the cops on them so others people don't fall for this.

Same call some guy acted like a officer saying they be at my house in 1 hour that's was 2 hours ago. Do people realy Fall This Scam This a Spoof number in a call Center trying bully people into paying money wow tell some one if u get a call never Trust no one over the phone

was advised that charges were being brought against me and I had less than 30 min to call 888-208-4923 case number 2929143--was told I took out a online loan for 385.00 and money was deposited in my back acct and if didn't pay them over the phone police would be there to arrest me!!  First of all I have never had a bank acct at the bank they said I did and never had taken any online loan with anyone  then they threatened me with bodily harm well that was it I invited then to where I was and we could settle it right now but they would not like how it ended up!  they hung up-this is a SCAM beware! These people need to be exposed as the coward they are

I have been getting phone calls for the past couple of weeks. These people do not stop. I had to call a lawyer to ask for advise. They even looked into calling them and seeing what this what about and they did not give any info to my lawyer. She wanted an address and all that and they would not give it to them. The called again today and my mom answered and she started to yell at my mom who mind you does not know English all that well. I got mad at them and threatened to call the attorney general office on them if they did not stop. I was at one point just going to pay them but I thought better of it and figured they would just call again after getting money from me.

Oh and when they called the first time they gave me one number and when they called again the following week they had a new number.
