called to tell me that my credit card had been accessed by a third party and they were suspending it. Told me to press 1 for security.

Called 7:26pm 3/25/09 - indicated my MasterCard was being suspended as a third party had gotten my information - stated they were calling from Farmers National Bank and to press 1 for their security department. I have no MasterCard or account with Farmers National Bank. I have blocked this number from my phone.

These people called us at 10:45 PM.  Another unwanted junk call.
I am reporting them to the do not call registry.

I pay good money every month for the Qwest Service that screens solicitation calls and the person(s) from 1-888-209-5631 pushed the call through anyway and then hung up.

Recorded message said that there was possible card fraud,  and requested the card imformation.  Called the card company and they had no idea of any of this.  I canceled my card!

INDICATED MY MASTER CARD WAS BEING SUSPENDED AS A THIRD PARTY HAD GOTTEN MY INFORMATION - STATED THEY WERE CALLING FROM Health Facilities Federal Credit Union AND TO PRESS 1 FOR THEIR SECURITY DEPARTMENT.
I pressed 1 - it went to another automated prompt that wanted me to enter my credit card number. I knew this was a fraud, just wanted to see if I got a live person. I then called the number back from where they had called earlier and an electronic voice gave out an entire credit card number then asked to press 1 if that was my correct cc number 2 if not. I hung up, called it back again, same thing, this time a different credit card number.

received calls at 7 AM from 888-209-5631 and a local number in Denver (didn't get that # written down).  Both said my Super Credit Card (?) had been compromised and asked that I provide additional information (1st was to punch in my 16 digit credit card number). We have 2 phone lines and they called the second as I was listening to the 1st.

Automated call saying my credit card was suspended as it had been acccessde by a third party,dial 1 for their security department.  Never did catch what company they said they were from and could never get a live person.  Fraud.
