Pushy sales guy. Thought he would call and get rude with me on the phone and I would pass him along to my boss. Too bad for this Dick licker all the phone calls for the IT department come through me

Received a phone call from the 'Verification' department asking me who the President of the company is, how many company vehicles, what type of vehicle they are. Said they need this information to see if we are suitable for their 'Shell Fleet Navigator Card' and told me towards the end of the conversation that the call may be recorded for security purposes.

A woman claiming to be from IBM wanted to speak with someone in our IT department regarding infrastructure.  She had a list of names, none of whom deal with that.  I couldn't transfer her without a contact, and there is no general number for IT, so she gave up.  IBM reps always refuse to introduce their company to Purchasing, because "We're IBM."  I don't care if you're the Queen of Sheba; if you're not already an approved vendor, you must apply like everyone else.  End of discussion.

I just got a call from this number at work, wrote it down, called It back and it says "Thank you for calling Shell Canada Fleet Card Solutions". Cold callers need not call back!!!!

Called our office twice this month and hung up before successfully navigating our IVR. Caller ID shows "TOLL FREE CALLE 8882128916".

Yesenia claims they only have one question for the IT department but they are not looking to provide services to any company.

Lady with difficult accent claiming to come from Texas Instruments. Tried to e-mail me a newsletter about their products. I tried to question some of their products, but she hung up before I had the opportunity to ask more.

Woman claiming to be with IBM complaining that she can't get in touch with anyone in IT and our warranty has expired.  Bad contact list.
