They keep calling my cell. They ask for Leo Murray. I tell them they got the wrong number but they still call back.

They keep calling my phone at least once a day but never leaves a message. I try calling back but no answer or they won't tell me who they are.

This 888 number continues to call me every morning from between 5am-7am pacific coast time.  They don't leave any messages.

This company is Alliance One.  They are a collection agency for credit cards and banks, such as Capital One or US Bank.  They do lots of collection for Capital One credit cards.  So, if you have a Capital One card, chances are they are collecting for them.  If you don't have any outstanding accounts that these people might be trying to collect, you should write them a letter and tell them to stop calling you.  Send the letter certified mail.  Once you notify them in writing, the Federal Trade Commission rules say they have to stop calling you.  If they don't, you can sue them and cause them some real grief.

Just tell them you are working on it and don't call back.. if they persist there are steps you take in well written letters on the internet. Even though they can call every 5 days... you have rights not to be bothered. Do a search for this and actual collection agent has a forum explaining the details. It took a year before I got today's

The phone number 888-214-7812 is NCO Financial Services. - a credit collection agency. Either you had a delinquent credit account that was referred or purchased by them, or they think you do. Below, is some info that should help:

Before I call the authorities and report your company, I am going to ask that you have whoever is calling my cell phone to stop. Not only are they calling the wrong number,she was extremely rude. Thank you. Not Debra

They just started calling my phone and won't say anything... people around me think I'm hiding something or up to something... I have to say they are realy pissing me off......

They are call me every afternoon from between 1pm-4pm.. And they want to my name and other information.. I said what do you want to my name,they said ask different informations.. They are very stupid and [***].

They call at least three times a day. I suspect they think I know where a family member is. They absolutely are breaking every law they are bound by. But they make millions and don't care. They need to be shut down or fined a ton of dough. I know they are illegal in their approach, but I simply don't want to go through the bulshit.

They have called me for the last few days, I finally picked up and they were looking for 'not me.'  The agent was polite and said the calls would stop soon.

This company called my cell phone looking for a friend.  I have no idea how they got my number, but they were extremely rude when I did not want to supply information.

That number, 888-214-7812, calls my cellular phone AT LEAST four times a day, at completely random times. They claim to calling about a credit that is deliquent, though it was paid off and closed more than a year ago. Worried that something was wrong, I called my old card company, and they confirmed that the account had been closed, and informed me they have never used an agency at that number. Every time I pick up the phone, these people rudely harrass me. I'm in the process of changing my number, and reccommend anyone else do the same.

These fools are so rude. They keep calling my cell phone after I told them numerous of times that they have the wrong number. They are looking for someone name Darnel Champion. And when I told them that i was not him, the man said yes you are. OMG!!

if they don't stop calling my cell phone im gonna do something about it and if it don't stop then im gonna turn you guys in and sue..

This Number has called several times per day for over 2 months. I have tried to call the # several times throughout the day to no avail. I finally reached them today and they are Alliance collections collecting for Capital One. I have never had a Voicemail left once. They told me that they do not leave a voicemail due to it never picks up. I indicated that I have received voicemails from many relatives and business's alike even in the last day. As I work for the phone Company for 14 years myself, I know this is not true. I thanked them for their time and told them if they call in future, leave a voicemail, or do not bother to call back.

They call several times a day and it is hard for me to get to the phone as I am disabled.  I don't have a credit card or owe anyone as I live on a small disability income. I am on the "do not call list". These constant phone calls are stressful which causes my illness to flare up.  I think the only way to stop these rude and inconsiderate calls is for all of us to get together and file a lawsuit against these companies that continue to call us.
