Academy Collection Services

Called and asked to speak with an emplyee.  They are breaking the law by attempting to contact the employee at work.  After being told they are they are calling employee's workplace and having been asked not to call again, they continue to harass with phone calls. Aren't they breaking the law?

HARRASING phone calls will not stop

First it was AIS Collection Service, LLC  http://www.aisservicesllc.com/  now it's Academy Collection Service, Inc.
http://www.academycollection.com/  They both call for "Victor Lopez" (I wonder how many Victor Lopez there are out there LOL) I've had my phone number for 2+ years, you would think these creatons would have the smarts to  Google the numbers they call once in a while.  My name and address is there for all to see and it's sure not Victor Lopez.  I contacted Mr. Robert J. Picone COO directly at robertjpicone@aol.com   Probably a waste of time but who knows.

These guy don't know when to stop they use fowl language and call bck and do the same thing again

Call the Federal Trade Commission and reports this Collection company they have no right to call our company or all odd hours of the night...I just got fired because of this...and I have an Attorney...I want to go to the NEWS Media on what they did to me and my family we are losing our home as well and they don't care !!!!!!

yeah they are breaking the law and the peacefulness of a household!

I got a call today from this phone number 1-800-511-5072 Academy Collection Service they are trying to collect money for Sam's Club

where do you get that they are sprint - it's a harassing collections agency

"Evan" calls for a family member who does not live with me and he wouldn't tell me who he was with and I even asked to speak with his manager numerous times and he wouldn't transfer me...He ended up hanging up on me which only made me more mad so I will find out who this man works for and he will be fired!!

Call received for a family member they wanted me to release personal information when I refused the lady was rude ended up hanging up on me which only made me more mad. When I tried to call back, the phone would not be accepted.

Non stop calls. Ask for someone I've never heard of. 4-5 calls day and night.

These guys are calling non-stop. They will not stop and are driving me nuts!
I don't even have an account which involves them but they think I know someone they are looking for and I do, but they can kiss my as$!

Calls during dinner hrs EST.

Collections for monies owed that should have been paid from joint card holder. (Work Related)

they are "fishing" fpr vulnerable folks that will believe them. these are nothing but criminals. Do not mistake them for any sort of ligit business. sometimes they will research through online records and come up with a family members name. if they get your info they will do credit checks to see if there is a name to drop from your past ligitamate accounts to try and fool you. if you never answer and never contact them they will, eventually go away. this is mostly the fault of your carrier for selling there phone list to anyone that will pay them for it. Verizon is the worst for this. i never encountered this until I moved to the lower 48 and signed up, unfortunatly with Verizon. The calls started immediatly and lasted almost 8 months. I justed moved again and had to change my number and BINGO all over again with this crap. These are thieves contact the FBI. BBB can not help you with a fake business nor can the FTC. Good Luck.

These are ruthless PITB <AT LEAST INSIDE THERE BOILER ROOM ACADEMY COLLECTION AGENCY OFFICE> they have multiple numbers<but not the cahonies to put there ID out there>.Come on up to Brooklyn MACHOO CALLEREES>

We have received calls from this number - 2 or 3 a day - for more than 2 months.  It is always a message, and cannot speak with anyone.  They call out a name "this message is for..." but the person they ask for does not live here.  We have never heard of the person.  When we tried to call the number back to tell them, it will not ring through.  This is harrassing and they aren't even receiving their intended recipient.  How can we make them stop?

I get calls from this number all day long.  I never answer but they leave a message everytime for "Shawn Dribbler" or at least that's what it sounds like.  It says, "If this is not you, you may hang up now..." Just irritating.

Get regular calls from this number asking for someone I've never heard of. Assume it's a ploy to give out my name or something. Calls come pretty much daily and sometimes multiple calls on the same day.
