We recieved a Yellow Speedy Courier  Inc. card that said RUSH Delivery in the mail with a postage stamp. It said sorry they missed  us please call 1-888-224-0235 . It then prompted for us to leave a message with contact info  so they could arrange delivery. We did and   they called back (fromDistributel 416-969-5000) to make arrangements for something to be delivered  from the states and never delivered  it. The next day the same Distributel 416-969-5000 called again stating they were Apple One Employment agency looking for my husband. I called back Apple One and no one there had called our house. Very Suspicious!!  Any one else  have this happen?

Got a call from "speedy Delivery who claimed to be dropping off a package. They had my work number as well. Called and wondered why I wasnt answering the door. I said I would call and have one of my kids meet them. They said their driver had left the area. Tried calling the number and got the same answering machine as Sue above. Not the standard response from a Delivery company? Didnt leave the information and will wait for them to contact me back.. very strange

yeah the same people called me said they had a delivery for me and they only had my phone number so i gave them my address and nobody delivered anything ...not only that i left a couple messages nobody returned my call ...and they called one iof my old friends i havnt spoke to in a long time and were asking them a bunch of questions about me ..WTF !

they keep calling saying i have an international parcel! has anyone called them back,,,, very shady

got a call and was told that they were delivering magazines.  that i had to be home at a certain time to pick it up.  what does it mean...spoke to a girl  - now that they have my info - will i start to get billed?

Got a call today from unkown number.  A lady by the name of Sarah left a voice mail saying she was from Speedy Courier and had a package for me and I was to call her at 1-888-224-0235 ext.6275.  I did call her and left a voice mail.  I wish I had googled this first before calling and leaving her my home and cell #.  These people are truly sick.  For people to do this as a living I really hope they enjoy life in hell cause this is were they belong.  At this point I am so sick of these companies and there schemes they should be slapped with a hugh lawsuit.  Is anyone interested in helping me???  They have crossed the privacy laws and keep harassing people at their home and work. I will be reporting this to the CRTC and like i said I want to start a huge lawsuit against these collection please let me know if your interested>>>.

Don't do it... its a trap!!!!!!!!     They are lying to you... they are trying to find your location so that they can serve you with Legal papers...

got call from this number, asking for return call with extension 5457 re a waybill number to arrange delivery.  however, search for any business with name of "speedy courier" resulted in nothing listed whatsoever.  typically i have found couriers attempt delivery, and if that fails, they leave a notice card indicating where the item can be picked up.  since that didn't happen, that's why I considered it was likely some kind of scam.  never returned the call for that reason.  a legit courier/delivery service would just leave the notice card as far as my experience goes.

Collection agencies and there agents have a governing body and are licensed. I can assure you this type of practise is not allowed, You can file a complaint against them.

In Canada there is a Consumer and Corporate Affairs office in every province.

Got a call from these scumbags several days ago. The message said there was a US parcel, had to be delivered to me personally as they had to have my signature. Call 1-888-224-0235 ext 5715 ask for Sabrina. Did so as I was expecting a parcel from the US. No callback no reply.

My recommendation - *** IGNORE!!!! ***.

Hi there. Today i got the same yellow card in the mail as some of you have described. It has ano expiration date on it with the name "speedy courier service in" with the telephone number 1 888 224 0235 ext 2045. Its a complete scam and i suggest anyone eles to ignore

My other half received a yellow orange post card yesterday form Speedy Courier Services Inc. yesterday by mail.  Strange for a courier service to send a RUSH waybill by Canada Post.  Only the name was listed plus 1-888-224-0235 ext.5892 with an expiry date of Dec. 14.  I looked up the name online and didn't find anything(local or provincial) and they weren't in the telephone book under courier, so I called the Regional Fraud dept., and she said if we hadn't ordered anything and weren't expecting anything, to shred it.

Just got the yellow card, name etc. written in ballpoint in what looks like a 12-years-old's hand.  It's heading for the shredder, but not till I soak the stamp off; it wasn't cancelled.  Not a total waste of time.

According to the Googles, Distributel is a phone and internet company, this may just be a trick to sign you up and not an actual scam.

I received a letter in the mail from Speedy Courier Services Inc. stating "We are sorry that we missed you recently. Please call our office to arrange for an alternative delivery date. 1-888-224-0235x7018..."
I called and the call would not go through so I Googled the phone number and this site came up. Total scam!!! I will report this bogus activity!

Got a call from some sarah trying to deliver a package from new york, saying she was with speedy courier, trying to get address of my work and what not, i knew it was a scam and never gave her anything, when and if she calls back i'm gonna give her [***].

Also, i forgot to mention, she said it was a package which was insured so they couldn't just leave it on my door step and she said her offices were in toronto, canada.

Scam, Scam,Scam...Ignore!
