THIS IS A SCAM! These people called pretending to be the IRS and said they would throw me in jail if I didn't pay them over the phone right then! He even gave me a fake ID#. I called my attorney who called the # back - only to be hung up on.

This is a scam. These goons are pretending to be the IRS. Just pick the phone up and tell them to [***] off and burn it hell.

These people called and left a message that said they had 3 warrants being issued in Washington DC for my arrest. They said I owed $499 in taxes from 2011-2012 for "misappropriation of funds". I asked him who "misappropriated" the funds, because I did not. He said some other stuff. I advised he would not get a penny from me today. He said it was an advisory call of the warrants, etc... Then he hung up on me.

I had the same call a few minutes ago and someone by the name of Jeffery Conner, very inappropriate guy, was on the phone. He said we have a big refund check from IRS but first we need to pay them a penalty so they can send us the refund check. I am calling the police to report this.

I received the same call last night. The caller claimed to be Jason Scott, an IRS agent who stated there were three federal cases being filed against me. The caller sounded Indian as well. I knew the government was outsourcing.......but.

I would pay hackers, gladly if they would harrass and Denial of Service people like this back!!  

These people called me yesterday saying I had 3 federal cases being filed against me and if I didn't call them back right away they would take legal action. He said his name was "Robert Johnson" but sounded like he was from India. Such scammers. It's disgusting and I hope these people are stopped before someone actually believes them. If the IRS wanted to talk to me I believe I would know it was actually them. Liars!!

They called us and they asked to pay them on the phone tax money we owe to IRS!he sound like Indian I called # I think they are from Pakistan!be wear THIS IS A SCAM.

I also received a voice mail  Indian accent and this morning I called them. They said the same thing that that I owe money but will only accept wire transfer, no checks as time had run out.But this David Alexander did not sound like the David Alexander that left the message. I insisted they give me a land line to call. he refused and hang up.
I called back as an attorney and asked for David Alexander, This time perfect English no Indian accent. and he hung up.
What did you do report this?? I like to get to the bottom of their business and put them where they belong..

When I called this morning and asked for Davis Alexander, a Jason Scott answered...badge numver 8644.
David Alexander had a badge number 26105...

I am an Indian and I was able to identify quickly with the accent that it was a fake call and the guy claiming to be an IRS officer is from India. My wife was continuously getting calls from this number, so we reported it to police and then the calls stopped for a month and we were relaxed assuming these were stupid SPAM calls made by an Idiot just for fun.

But now the calls have turned vulgar. My wife is receiving calls from fake numbers (probably using a android fake caller app - it's easy these days) and the person started abusing in Hindi. The number from which we got this vulgar call actually belonged to a girl in Florida who was getting same kind of abusive calls from my wife's number. We have reported this to police as well but the police said that they couldn't do much about these calls and I agree with them. Nothing can be done to stop these calls as they use a new number every time they call.

Caller said was from IRS and wanted $653.67. Nice touch with the 67 cents!. Was out of town but this piece of garbage named "Jose Sanders" said he will throw me in jail and call the NSA even!!! Idiots......

I can't begin to tell you HOW many of these stupid  scam calls I have gotten from these same fools!! They change their names and numbers, but their stories are always the same---they have arrest warrants out on my 85 year-old husband (who is in a dementia facility, for crying out loud!!!!), and they are going to have the local cops come nab him!!!  I never answer the calls, because I KNOW the 800 numbers are either telemarketers or scammers...  So, they leave ignorant messages.

Actually, I get a big kick out of  listening to their asinine messages later --- and laugh my butt off!!!!!

SCAM ALERT! These scammers are still going strong. The same guy with an Indian accent and the name of Brian (THAT CALLED ME 4 MONTHS AGO with a different phone number) called me today using the name of Jason Scott. The caller ID said TOLL FREE CALL from phone number 888-225-4660 and I argued with him for 5 minutes. I must say I should not have wasted my time with speaking to him and yelling at him, but I thought this will slow him down and he would call one less person today.

They also called me today. he said  they had 3 warrants being issued in Kansas City. i talked to David Brown and Jose sanders. they accept  only cash and they didn't even know my last name(what a joke) .

The fishing scam people, who really stink and they should be persecuted until hell breaks loose, left a message in my machine in their very obvious Indian accent that even a dog can figure out that belongs to idiotic thieves saying:  I am officer Jason Scot from the IRS and you have 3 federal charges under your identity  and an illegal affidavit and if you don't call us at 888-225-4660 we will forward all this to you sherif.
Someone stop the IDIOTS from bothering and threatening people, PLEASE!!!

This person also called me pretending he was Robert Johnson from the IRS office, and his badge number was #7232 supposedly and said that we owe back taxes from 2011-2013. I thought it was a fraud call so I reported it to my local police station.
