When confronted to remove my name from their caller list because I have no debt she didn't reply, I told her once again to remove my name she said do you have an account no I replied no and she said okay and hung up...so much for collecting my information she became intimidated by me hopefully won't call again!!!

They are called North Coast Collection Services. Do not give them any information. They are a scam.

I have come to the conclusion that these calls are directed towards anyone who has ever used a cash advanced service.

Keeps calling but leaves a message of just dead air.

They refused to say what company they were calling from, that legally she cold not disclose any information to a 3rd party.  I told her she could tell me the company name, but she out-right refused to.  She said it was a "business matter".

When the voice mail answers they hang up. If it's important, leave a msg!
In reply to another complaint on here, I have never used a cash advance service.
I believe they're either live telemarketers or robo-calls.
These people make having call blockers a valuable tool.

Same as me.  There is no law that prevents a company from identifying themselves on the phone.

Called my work three times in over a few hours asking for the business owner but the caller refused to identify herself or the company she was calling from. I informed her that the owner does not speak to people who do not properly identify themselves and told her goodbye and hung up. She then called back on her personal cell phone number to complain about me.
