Woman calling to speak with my husband, would only say that it was "personal business", and would only give her first name.  She wanted to know what time he would be home so she could call back.  I'm not going to give information about my husband's work schedule to someone on the phone who is not even willing to tell me what company they are with.

Calls from this number have gone on for a month now.  She gives no information except that she has personal business with my husband.  When I call the number back it says that it's Discover Card.  When I checked the account, there are no past due amounts, and the account is in good standing.  So, this is not debt collection.  The only number she has ever left with me for my husband to return a call is invalid.  The only number I have is the one on caller id.  
No one knows who she is when I have called back.  
She calls every day, twice a day.  We have filed a complaint with Discover, to no avail.  My next step is a complaint to the FTC and BBB.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this #.  Didn't answer it because didn't recognize the # & they can always leave a mssg. with voice mail.

I have received calls from this number non-stop (everyday for at least two years).  They do not leave a message.  There were messages left when they first started calling stating that they were from Discover Financial Services requesting I call them back if I want to save $150. Obviously, there is more to it--otherwise, they would must mail a check to me for $150 at the same address that they send their bill to every month. I have never been behind on my payments, so I have no idea why they are continuously calling me.

Have received numerous amounts of calls from this number for at least the last 6 months and 2 this morning before 9:30.  Finally, very annoyed, I called it back and upon answering it stated I was calling Discover Card Financial Services AND I got a live person.  She said they are a small division of Discover Card and there were several accounts associated with our home phone number.  When I asked her more details it was regarding a Discover Card account but not our account, someone else's.  Finally she removed our telephone number from the account of the person she was trying to reach or so she said she would!

Called work number then personal number. I smell problems with the law

Had a couple of missed calls from this number but no message left.

SCAM!!!! They are not Discover they are from Ghana! You will here a beep in the background which is their call center. Don't give out any information!!! It's a big racket over there to scam older men!

i am having this issue as well..

For the past year I have been receiving calls from this number and they go to voicemail and I hear someone chewing very loudly. When I answer a lady is on the other end its always the same women. They told me I could save money and lower my interest payment on my card as long as there is $500 available on my credit card and then she wants you to give your credit card number. DON'T DO IT its a scam. I'll ask to be on the no call list and they hang up before you can finish. They'll wait some time and call again this time say they are from discover and are calling to collect my late payment and there is nothing even on my card because its paid off. She tells me that my interest payment wasn't caught up to date and owe $150 in back charges. I told her she's F***ing Crazy and she hung up on me again. Ugggh Irritating

This number has been calling us for months. We called the main Discover Card number and initially they had no record of that number. After they did some research, they found that the number does belong to Discover. Essentially, they are calling to give you what they call "money savings offers". Our accounts are all in good standing. They call continuously every day several times a day. This is totally unacceptable for a main stream company like Discover. We finally filed a complaint with a supervisor from the company and they removed us from the list. We will see if this works or not. If not, a call to our police dept is in order to report this number.
