- owenobill| 1 replyReceived a call from 651-204-1341 on Sunday evening, shortly after 5 pm.
This is the sixteenth time they have called. Today was the first time I picked up the receiver when I saw their name on the ID box.
I didn't say anything, but a recorded female voice began speaking.
"Hello, this is I.C. Systems. We are a debt collection agency. Please call us at 888-229-8848 to discuss this matter. Any information we received will be used for the purpose of collecting this debt."
I'm on the Do Not Call list and have filed several complaints against these bogus callers.- Caller: I. C. systems, IN

- Lazanowski| 2 repliesI received a similar clal to the person above for a debt collection company of I.C. systems- they called my skype number. They made several calls before, but this time left a voicemail. The number again was: 1-888-229-8848. They also talked about how this was for an important business matter.

- gary| 8 repliesWhy dont you people cry about it and pay your tiny little bills!!!
- Kat replies to garyTo the person complaining about us crying and not paying our bills; get a life. We have families, and other bills that must be paid first. I'm sorry if you disagree with me, but my children needing to eat takes priority over eBay. I'm sorry if you've got a high-paying job and can manage all of your bills at once. Some of us exist in the REAL world, where people lose jobs, and when they can't find a new job they find themselves struggling to pay for the bare necessities. Have you ever had to suck it up and buy food from a church pantry? Maybe you should try it once; and when you've walked in MY shoes, then and only THEN can you throw stones. Until you do; bugger off.
- PainInButtI agree with Kat, firstly, eBay if you have a dispute will NOT do anything other than suspend you. eBay also own paypal and with both they contradict their own terms and legal agreements, IE. A buyer cannot return goods purely because they changed their mind, so the buyer files an item recieved not as described dispute even though it is and paypal will always award the money to the buyer regardless of the hard line proof you have the buyer purely changed their mind. So you try and claim an item not paid for dispute with eBay to try and get your final fees back and hey presto, ebay state the buyer DID pay and provides paypal proof so now your screwed. Your out of pocket on shipping, final fees and anything else that may be hidden in there all because paypal do NOT follow their own legal agreement and because eBay owns Paypal they can both literally have you running in circles for years because they and the buyer screwed you over. So you refuse to pay eBay because of said breach of contract which BOTH Paypal and eBay broke but hey screw you they still want their money but your not getting yours back. Oh and this is about the 9th time it has happened to me now on the same account so excuse me but until i get my refund I am legally entitled to from eBay and Paypal for shipping charges incurred by me because paypal even with documented proof that a buyer simply changed his/her mind stll gave them a dam refund, and eBay won't refund my final selling fees because they state the buyer paid and I refunded.
Kat don't dispair, Its not like they have your SSN so it cannot affect your credit report in anyway, let them keep calling its annoying but they will eventually stop. Gary, you probably work for the mentioned companies people here are complaining about, or nothing better to do with your time other than troll legitamate complaints while probably spending all night looking at internet porn because that is the only "real" women you can get. besides, shouldn't you be at summer school or does your mommy know her little child is out all alone?- Call type: Debt collector

Because ebay doesn't want to rectify problems that they created. Not all bills are correct, and you can't deal with morons like them. - TinFoilBarbI have spent literally hours on Live Help trying to get eBay to realize that they charged me two insertions fees. Who are these people on the other end of the keyboard? I finally received a bill via email, then disputed it in reply. It took 8 emails reading through their 100 lines of copy/paste, then one small paragraph relating to my issue. It was never resolved, so I am saying to heck with them. Their bill was for $100. I have the money, but it is the principle of them shrugging me off, not having the mental capacity to see that I was charged twice, and continually wasting my time. It is appropriate that their time and money get wasted now. I'm sure that IC gets a percentage of any monies collected. That's how they survive as a business. Nobody is getting mine, and I thumb my nose in eBay's face because of how I was treated. I have been an eBay registered member for 10 years and 1 month, and this is what I got in return. They have lost sight in that they think they're doing me a favor by letting me use eBay. It is the other way around, but no longer.

- eileen replies to Lazanowski| 1 replyIf you call them and tell them you do not know them they will take you off their call list. I called them because they were calling my daughters cell phone when we got the new number for it. My daughter didn't even know the number of her cell yet. I think Virging mobile gave out the number when we had her phone activated.
- screwed by ebay replies to hydrantdogi second that e-bay creates billing problems by not crediting correctly
i have personally spent 4 hours total chatting working with these
a** wipes and 20 emails later they have not properly credited my account
my bill is less then $25 I will drop dead before I will pay that, it is
not the money - it it THE PRINCIPLE - obviously they dont want my business
I have all the proof let them sue me for $25 I'' sue back for all the time
i"ve spent dealing with the issues
I hope they go out of business and very soon, too bloated and big headed
let em starve - ex ebay customerWithout all the details, YES!!! Ebay is TOTALLY customer UNFRIENDLY!!!! The bigger the corporation, the less the little people matter, praise the dollar, not the working person that earns it.
What can you do about ANY toll-free number that calls you? Here is what, get an auto dialer and have it dial the number all day for a few days every week, or every night when you sleep. They have to pay a few cents for every call that comes in. You call them thousands of times and they will have to back off or lose more money. If they sic their calling machines on you, then do same back :-)- Caller: I C Systems

- Nuff Said replies to garyWell maybe it's not "our" bill & they keep calling the wrong # Did mommy & daddy ignore you as a child??
- Anonym replies to nickParasites...the best word to describe them...by the time they call you, they have ALREADY SCREWED UP YOUR CREDIT REPORT. There is no incentive whatsoever to EVER pay them and should you choose to, send the money to ebay not them. When the phone rings hit ON then immediately hit OFF. Why would you EVER trust them to not screw up your credit when they have already lied to you claiming they will call the police, they will report you as non pay because you choose to pay via your method...not theirs, etc, etc, etc
They will not sue you for amounts less than $10,000 and if they do sue you for some amount, then DO NOT HIRE AN ATTORNEY...respond yourself in a manner that causes their attorney to rack up the maximum legal bill such as send them a subpoena for interrogatories and deposition. They will go away because if anyone understands the power of harassment, these parasites do! - AnnoyedThey called 12 times today. I have their number auto forwarded to a dead number and they still continue to call. Next I am going to contact the FTC.

- lovesrelic replies to eileenI had the same thing happen.. but the new number was someone elses number before mine and they had the problem with the debt.
- lovesrelic replies to helplessYou need to tell them that their information is incorrect and that they need to take you off of their calling list... If they don't do this it is considered harassment.
- Corey| 4 repliesI also received a call from them, I am disputing an ebay charge. Here is the thing, I doubt whether e-bay has enough information to actually get something filed on your credit report. Usually a social security number is required, and I went through their registration again using a fake name, not only was this incredible easy, I also was not required to give a social, so frankly I think they are bluffing. If they did have enough info, I would pay right away as the cost of that knock on your credit report can be very high. So, has anyone actually had an ebay collection show up on your credit report, if so I really need to know.
