- Jessica| 1 replyI'm not sure WHO this is. The most I can find online is that it has at one time been from Sears home Delivery. I'm not currently in the process of purchasing or buying anything from Sears so I don't know why this number keeps calling my phone. No voice mails are left, and when I DO answer, there is no response on the other line. Just static (talk about creepy). I'm about to just block the number from my phone.
- Jessica replies to JessicaFor some reason I didn't think about actually calling it back... but I just did. It IS Sears Home Delivery and all they did was "file a report" so I'm supposed to stop receiving calls from them. I recommend you do the same if this happens to you.

I did order some furniture from them, and they failed to inform me at the time of ordering (4/26) that it would not be available from the warehouse until 5/16... But they did manage to schedule it for delivery on 5/9 somehow? I received the first call at 7:24am today, and they have been calling about every half-hour. Nobody answers, but one time there was hold music... No option to actually answer the phone and speak to a person. Called the Home Delivery phone line and they explained the situation, assuring me I would not receive any further calls. I have already received two more since I spoke to them.

It was finally installed but does Sears know that? Of course not yet they are the ones who installed it. They keep calling me repeatedly to tell me my microwave delivery has been DELAYED when it has been installed for over two weeks now. - beachpeopleOur experience is the same as oceanblueeyes. W&D are installed - yes, that was another hassle in itself. They took three weeks AFTER delivery to get around to coming back to vent the dryer properly. It sat there unusable for three weeks. Two months later still getting calls from this number telling us delivery is delayed or no one on other end. What a joke - sadly, the joke is on the consumer. Yes, Sears deserves to bite the dust. Its customer service surely has.

- TI purchased a fridge and stove both installed 3 weeks ago. Now they're calling me to schedule my delivery. I had changed the sale to avoid a back order so now they want to deliver the back order! It was never cancelled. I've told them 3 times. Next time, I might just take delivery...why not
- Should have listened to friend| 1 replyWe ordered a new range from Sears and were promised delivery today, 9/15/14. My husband did get a couple of calls from 888-231-6951 but they never left a message so he figured it was nuisance unsolicited calls so he blew it off. Today after sitting home all day and blowing off things that I needed to do I finally got a call from the delivery team asking what was supposed to be delivered. They said all they had was the cord, no range. They said cust service (what a joke) would be calling me immediately. Finally after 10 min they called stating that the warehouse didn't deliver it to them as it wasn't available. I asked why they didn't let us know before & she said they had left messages, I told her no mssgs were left & all I got was an apology. We now don't get delivery until 9/22. We were also looking at buying a washer & dryer as well but our salesman said to wait until Nov because they will be on sale cheaper then. Glad we waited because we will definitely NOT be buying from Sears again and are planning on canceling out credit cards.

- Should have listened to friend replies to Should have listened to friendA classmate also had problems with delivery of her range & posted on FB but I didn't heed her warnings since she lives in Tx & I live in Co. Our salesman said they had addressed the issues they have had & assured us it would be ok. Next time I will beware and listen to friends AND get reviews first.

- detroit Monsoon| 1 replyIt is SEARS home delivery. Call it back and get connected a call center in the Philippines. They said they would update their system so I would no longer receive calls regarding a delivery that occurred over one month prior to today. Needless to say, I regret ordering my refrigerator from Sears Outlet in the first place. These stupid, annoying nuances only validate why I will never, ever order anything from Sears Outlet again. I may go in the B&M and pick something up, but never will have anything delivered from them.

- Karen replies to detroit MonsoonThanks to all of you for.your posts. I couldn't believe it was Sears as they weren't leaving messages. They too, we're making me crazy by calling 6 times per day. I've had such a bad experience, I needed a break from Sears. The electrical contractor they sent scratched the crap out of my new maple wood floor. Now I have to deal with their insurance company. Good luck to the rest of you.
