race - 3 May 2008Well put. Could not have said it better. I heard about a lady in arkansas that is going to find where this place exists in webster , ny. Evediently federal authorities not doing enough. Something about surveilance on the people there. If something happens they will probably try to blame me since i post alot of negative cr@p about them. What can i say they tried to scam me. I dont have nothing for them and dont care if anything did happen to them either. They are not legitimat collectors, just con artists.

File a class action suit... - 4 May 2008...against them. There are enough people being harrassed by these vermin that a legitimate suit could be filed. The stories about how the collectors from M & W (M&Z) have threatened people are consistant and show that this is how they conduct their debt collection practices.

Oh they still monitor this place... - 6 May 2008...what else do they have to do while they sit on their drug addled @sses all day trying to collect money illegally? I'd have to think that many of the people contacted and threatened by them have figured out the scam and just laugh at them.
I've always been a firm believer in Karma. What goes around, comes around. I would just love to have a front row seat at the 'collection agency' that will undoubtly be hounding M&Z, M&W, Cole and Assoc., for them judgements awarded by the courts. I honestly would feel bad if they have children that would be affected, but they made their choices and they will have to reap what they sowed.

Victims - 7 May 2008The only victims here are the people being harassed by dishonest collection agencies who lack the proof of the alleged debt. Everytime a company extends credit they are taking a risk. If that risk pays off they get paid. If it doesnt they lose. PERIOD. People here are asserting their rights according to the law. If you dont like the law then try to change it. And BTW most companies or original creditors write off their bad debts for a tax deduction after 180 days. The only debts that collection agencies usually get are debts written off by the OC which they buy for pennies on the dollar and hope to make a fortune from. Then they violate every law in the book but call you a deadbeat if you assert your rights. Does this seem right Mister Collector?

me - 8 May 2008It is called a charge off not a write off. They don't just say oh well we will take a loss. If that was the case everyone would do it and you wouldn't be receiving calls. Put yourself in the other shoes and see how you feel if you let your friend borrow money and he says " i don't feel that I have to pay you so take a loss and leave me alone". No because if you were smart you would have made them sign something like on a credit card and you would take them to civil court. This is why the economy is so far in debt because people think that its right to steal. Why don't you just go to the store and physically steal the item you want and stop wasting the credit card companies time. This would be much easier for everyone.

race - 8 May 2008O. K. Me Do you think it is wrong for the scumbags at moreno and woods to call me up and tell me that a relative of mine that passed away six months ago owes them for a bad debt. The investigation showed that there was NO debt and there never was a card issued from that bank. I physically want to harm these people, but i dont want to spend the rest of my life in prison. So i wont physically. But i can mentally and give them a bad name for themselves. I still hope they try to sue me for this false debt. To make things worse, i was told they did nothing illegal. There is only one thing that will make them stop scamming people. Guess what it is.
