Answered the call, woman on the other end said "Sorry. Wrong number." and hung up. No explanation whatsoever, no company name, nothing.

I was just called by this number but didn't answer.

Called twice, didn't leave Voicemail. Never answered.

Is this a for sure thing because we just left our credit card number with them.

Kind of hard to answer your vague question, but in my experience, if you have to ask that question, then you already know it was a scam.

Who did you think you left you left your credit card number with?!?!?  If you think it is something that you are interested in, hang up, research who they are and if you can positively vet them call them back.  HARD RULE ... never give credit card, checking, social security number or any personal information to anyone on the phone unless you called them and know who they are!!!

Just called me.  I picked up and then hung up.  I do have Allstate, but still don't want them to try to up sell me.  I would think this call would come closer to my payment date.  Long time from now.

Called and left no VM. This number has called me a couple of times.

It was Allstate trying to sell premium road side assistance.  If you call back and press 2 you can add your name to the do not call list.

They've called a few times. usually no one talks, they hang up. this time, long pause, you can tell it's a call center, then they did ask for a specific employee but wouldn't say who they were. I said the employee wasn't available and I could assist but they hung up quickly.

Picked up and no one spoke. I could hear breathing on the other line. Weird.
