I have an XM account, but asked to be taken off the 'call' list as I am a Doctor 5 months ago.  so much for 'customer service'.  very disappointing.....still subject to robo calls from these nitwits...

I had an XM "3 Month Free-Trial" Offer that we activated in January and I got a $50 bill in March.  I've tried calling them but I'm on hold forever!  Not a good company to do business with obviously

i bought a new car with 3 month trial sub with XM and they called and got me to renew for reduced amount which was great. My trial doesnt end til july 13th but in late april they have been calling me wondering where the check is appx every 3 days or so. Beginning to think I may have made a mistake. I may just tell them to shove it if they call again before its due.

I've talked to these people (XM Radio) several times about them calling.  They literally call me 4 or 5 times a day and up to 20 times a week.  My bill isn't even due for another week and a half.  I've asked them to stop calling me before and they said they'd add me to the do not call list, but just called them again since calls have started again.  They said the do not call list is for sales only.  They said the only way to get them to stop is to pay the bill.  At this point, it's borderline harrassment.  How can they continually call to collect a debt that's not even due yet?!  I've threatened them with no renewing my subscription and all I get is a "I'll put a problem ticket in for you"  ANNOYING!

XM surpasses all unethical telemarketing digging up closed accounts and sending out invoices, followed by endless phone calls. Account closed over a year and I hold the closeout verification code yet they even use threatening tones when they communicate. If someone is putting together a class action suit please include me. They could not answer even basic fraud cincher question that will take out their knees in court.

Everytime I get a bill it's for a different amount.  And they'll only take a credit card.  They suck!

These idiots from XM call all the time. I renewed my service at the beginning of the year and paid for it. I still get a bill every couple of months. It makes no sense. I get bills for new service and for renewal. Sometimes I get bills to pay a remaining balance of various amounts. It's beyond frustrating.

I have been getting at least 8 calls this week one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, it is never the same person calling, and they never give up, It is confusing to me what I'm being billed for, and bet I will get another call tomorrow

I sometimes get two calls per day.  Don't answer them, they leave no message.  BUT I found out they charge $2.00 "invoice fee" just to mail me my bill.  I told them I was NOT going to pay the $2.00 and they backed down and removed it from my bill.  I should have cancelled service but it is a great thing to have on long trips across the desert where no other signal exists.

They keep calling even after two return calls.. I do use their service but their sales dep[artment can"t seem to figure out I'm a customer already.

Funny thing is, I don't, nor have I ever had an XM radio account and they are still calling me. What gives? I'm wondering if it's not XM radio but phone based phishing scam.

Just received a call from this number at 8:50 pm and they did not leave a message.  I did not answer because of the fact that XM Radio has been harrassing me to renew.  I bought a car in May and had the 3 month free trial.  My husband and I are on a fixed income due to the fact he gets laid off in the winter.  We cannot afford extras like this.  Well XM will not take no for an answer.  The one time I did talk to someone they tried to sell me on 3 different savings plans!  Each time I said no thank you but did they listen...no.

I'm so ticked off at this company!  It is XM Radio!  We've had our phone number for 2.5 years.  About a year ago we started getting calls for a Deb, Debbie, Debra (something like that).  Stating something about contracts being up or some [***] like that.  We explained and explained that not only are we not that person but have no idea WHO that person is.  They were calling 5,6,7 times a day everyday!  We spoke to 'supervisors', went through transfers, never spoke to one single AMERICAN!  They all said they understood but that they 'could not do anything to fix the problem'.  I finally reported them to the FTC for harassment and violation. Then I called my phone carrier and found out that they now offered a call block option.  PERFECT!  We immediately placed the XM Radio number on the blocked number list.  For the last year we've enjoyed peace and quite from XM Radio.  That is, until this week, when they started calling from a new number.  No one in my family has ever (and after all of this WILL NEVER) had XM or Sirius Radio!).  I'm so pissed at the constant disruption of our lives by foreigners working on this companies behalf constantly violating my rights that I am thinking about seeking out an attorney.  If you are getting these calls from them REPORT THEM!  It's the only thing we can do.  If they get enough fines from the government maybe they will finally cease and desist with this ridiculous behavior. (sorry for any typos I'm writing in between 2 toddlers)

I renewed my subscription online the other  day only to receive a phone call that evening from  phone# 888 238-9896 stating they needed my personal information and credit card number again. I reported it to the FTC and called Sirus XM Radio to tell them our personal information is being leaked out by one of there employees. Welcome to the NEW WORLD! Morals, Ethics  and Good People are gone forever!
