We have canceled this account many times and we are still paying for it. Every time we talk with them they state they have no records of us canceling. We canceled products four months ago and are still dealing with them.

We even never got phone call from this. But they are taking money from our credit card. When I called my credit card company, I found out this phone number. This is 100% fraud! Wonder how they got our credit card number. This is terrible!
