called twice today, when I answer to tell them to stop calling I get a moment of silence, about 2 sec. of music, then more silence. After that it disconnects. Dont know what the deal is, I tried to reverse lookup the phone number so I could find out who they are an possibly have them reported, but cannot find any company info.

that very same thing happened to me.

I've received multiple calls from this number to my cell phone. If I don't answer, it stops in about 5 seconds. If I answer, there is nothing on the other end, and the call ends.

when i called it this number back it said thansk for calling Direct TV

This freaking number calls three times a day every day. and when u call back there is this answering machine that talks in spanish. hella weird.

Oh god, I have been getting spanish calls for ages and this one was just another drop in the bucket.

Before, I had Comcast thinking i was some Hernandez lady.. :/ It's getting old.

This number belongs to Direct TV in Spanish, I called back to find out what they want and they did not even know...they said it is a computer that calls for a reminder or offer...or something...the rep. says they cannot control the calls.... what!?

They called me back on 2 Jan 08, I got nothing but a lady speaking Spanish. Too bad I don't know how to say "Wrong number" in Spanish

call yesterday and today.  Only music or a recording in Spanish.  I tried calling back twice, but only got music.

The FCC should pull the plug on the COMPANIES that make these calls. I'm tired of the constant calls from this number on my cel phone - a number of which no one even knows about!

I have the same problem. I just reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. Maybe if everyone does this they will ban this company from calling. here is the number you need to call. Its an automated system. (888) 382-1222.

This just happened to me tonight and they just hung up as soon as i picked up. Whats the deal with them?

I get a call from this number 3 times a day and they speak spanish and i tell them each time to stop calling me and they say ok sorry.. but then they do it again the next day.. im starting to get mad, i was nice the first few times but im not now.

THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO DIRECT TV IN SPANISH . I CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, THE MAN WHO ANSWERED ME SAID THAT I COULD GO TO COMPLAIN WHEREVER I WANT, HE WAS VERY RUDE.
tHEY ARE CALLING ME EVERYDAY ANY TIME.
