I received a call from a Kevin Parker, he would not state his business name and where he was from. He stated he had a claim to serve for a lawsuit. He was very vague and rude. He insisted on speaking with my supervisor but I just hung up on him. It sounds like a scam

called back the number stated company name is Midwest, insisted on providing a claim number before they could assist

I received a call on late yesterday evening from a lady that stated her name was Lauren White and that she needed to confirm my address to serve me with a claim that had been formed against me. She contacted me on telephone number 501-232-0016. I stated to her that I was not at home and that I was having difficulty hearing her due to where I was at and if I could call her back in 30 minutes. She stated that she needs to give me this claim as soon as possible and asked me if I knew what it was about. I stated that I did not. She said she would give me the opportunity to correct this matter by giving me the information. She also stated if I told her where I was at right then, she would meet me where I was at. I hung up. She called back and left a voice mail with the number 1-888-249-0725 and a claim number stating that she had officially notified me of the claim. I called the 232 number back and got a main recording stating " This is the investigation office. Do not leave a message. Hang up." I called a couple of times and still received this same message. This morning I received three calls from the 232 number, the lady sounded upset and left a message again with the 888 number and claim number

I just got almost the same exact call.  Number showed up as 501-232-0016.  She said she needed to verify my address to deliver a claim.  Didn't say my name or anything.  Then she said that I sounded like I didn't know what she was talking about.  I told her I didn't.  She then gave me a number to call, and said don't dial a 1 at the beginning.  She said she could also meet me somewhere if I wanted.
