Yes, it's called monster rewards - they managed to get 49.95 from my bank account and I have called them to get my money back. They still haven't refunded me. This has been a week now.

yea these basterds charged my card for 49.95 and OD on my bank card so know im about to dispute the charges and then call them and cuss them out.....hahahahaha.......

Yes me too they tried to take out 49.95 out of my account on March 23 2010 I got a over draft which there was no money this very well is a scam and report it to your bank and get your money back through them.

I cancelled my membership within 30 days & they said they will refund my fee, but I waited two weeks & nothing. I called them several times & they told me they refunded on Sept. 30th back to my account & until now nothing. I called my bank & checked my statement, but nothing. I called again & told them if they don't put back my funds that I am going to slam their name on the internet & take action.

I am about to report them to the BBB if by Monday I don't get funded back to my account. I am upset at these [***]. They are nothing but rip offs.

I see all these postings. First I am not part of this Company but have dealt with things like this before in various investigations. When I see statements saying they took money out of my account and the B word, well you or someone who has your information went to their website and entered and auth the payment, so I would check your own backyard first before calling these people names.

As far as refunds so you know how things work, they give your info which is auth to a processor which goes to the Bank, they will not see your payment for about 10 Days even though you see the amount coming out of your account that is why you do not see an immediate refund.

Those [***] took 2 payments of $99.95 out of our account! TWOOO! When we called them they told us to wait 10 days to call back again. We canceled the "account" we had with them.. (even though we didnt even finish filling out our information). We talked to some one and then asked to speak with a supervisor and the [***] hung up on us. My husband and I work in customer services and we know how to speak to people about problems and how to resolve them. One this is to NEVER hang up on the customer!

Ok so my husband and I called our bank to talk to them about these ^^chargers^^. They gave us our money back (with one payment we have to wait a day and the other payment we have to wait 3-4 days for). And they changed some of our account information so no body else will be able to withdraw any more money from our account. And they ordered new checks for us. All of this didnt cost my husband and I any money. It was very helpful and Im so glad it is taken care of. We bank with Chase so if anyone else banks with Chase Im sure you will be ale to get your money back just like us. And I would hope any other banks would do the same. Good luck everyone.

They took 29.95 out of my acct, I reported it to my bank & my bank refunded my money, then when I called the number they hung up on me, I am reporting them to the BBb d/t first I never authorized this & second they caused me alot of inconvenience. They r def a scam, what real company would hang up on someone
