Left message saying OUR office is trying to reach you, and it is a time sensitive manner.
Says person in household name, and asks them to call back rep at this number.

(SCAMMERS)   If you get a call from these (low life bottom feeders) the best thing to do is get a recorded copy of the message and take it to your local police department and have them return the call for you.. I guarantee they will never call again. Oh inform the officer they are under investigation by the F.C.C. .... (they are peaces of shite!) scaring old Lady"s out of there social security checks..........          DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION     ;^{(>

I seen a replay on another blog page, and (someone) replayed that they did not comply with there demands and ended up incarcerated ..... yea and my favorite color is but-ox and my ass is my favorite shade of that color ... they want to use intimidation and posture like they are a law official, to scare a pore sucker in to paying them money .... DO NOT FALL FOR IT !! come at them head on, try to record any conversations,, you ask the questions.. they  called you! Make sure you report them to your local police department.... These peaces of shite have me so mad I'm cussing.. my 77yr old neighbor lady the sweetest Lil thing  on gods green earth. called me and she was crying so hard I could not understand what was going on, I went over and these F-N low lives were F-N on point.. she OK now I assured her that I would look in to it when I go back on Duty.... Receive calls for someone who does not live here anymore and state my name has come up.  Last call stated I had 24 hours to respond.  This concerns me as I have no idea what this company is.  Who can I report it to.

This is VISION ASSET.  Report it to the FCC. This company is a complete farce.  They insinuate that they are involved with law enforcent, when they are just a sweat shop collection agency. There were so many complaints on them in NY, that they shut down and moved to Florida.  I told the guy that called me to take me to court.  He had no response other than to threaten to ruin my credit.  I got their bs removed from my credit report instantly from all 3 agencies.

This call came in, with a message stating 'this is officer brian with the investigations department, your name has come up in an investigation of a complaint thats been filed.  Please call me back at 8882540784.  'Brian' did have my name, address, etc, but refused to provide a reference number to the Cashnetusa account he was calling about.  I did in fact take out one of these loans back in college, but paid it back.  I called Cashnetusa, verified it was paid in full.  I then called this guy back, told him the deal.  He wanted me to send him proof, or else I would be taken to court.  I told him I fulfilled my obligation already, and that any appearance in court would be won by me by simply showing my receipt (which I now have).  He said the calls will keep coming.  I told him that was fine.  Havent heard back since.  Still not sure if it was an honest mistake on their part or a scam.  Either way, it was bogus.
