Call from Ralph saying he would be "serving me papers" this afternoon and was giving me the opportunity to reschedule. Total scam. These people are total scum and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

Guy named oscar called my employer,said he planned to serve me papers today at my job wanted to know when I would be there? When I called oscar he said he was attorney for circuit city and i was being sued, but he could get them on phone with us to negotiate settlment I told him to sue me but he better have contract for debt as this is the first I have from them in 5 years, I smell bs collection agency!

Considering Circuit City has been out of business for several years now, I seriously doubt he's an "attorney for Circuit City"!!

I just got served a summons to appear from a debt from 3 years ago!!! Is not my fault the economy took a plunge.

I have lung cancer,and they called me to said that they were going to come to my house with a summons.gave me this number to call, Derek said i owned bank of america ,and that I was to pay 600.00.I told him I was 69 yrs old on ss,and that I had paid all of this off after my husband passed with Genus Cridit,and I wonted his address so I could send it to him,He said he would she me in court,I cryed for hours.Went to the Doctor today he said to fill out a ftc form.I did.
