this is "dealer services" & I called back to see what it was about. they were offering an extended warranty for my car which i declined.  the gentleman asked me "well, can you afford a surprise repair of 2-3 thousand dollars if it happend?" I said "yes" he replied "well good for you" and click, hangs up on me.  these people are rude and untrained in customer service and not worth anyone's time. I was polite with him as I usually am.  I was returning THEIR call & I get hung up on?  something needs to be done about these calls.

Got a voice mail from this #, identifying themselves as "Dealer Services" . I don't plan on calling them back. I took out the max service agreement (72 months) with Lincoln when I bought the car and have only had it for 11 months. This call smells like a scam.

Yes, I received a call from this "dealer services". A guy name Richard answered the phone and then hung up on me before I could explain as to why I was calling. I'm glad that they hung up. Thanks RICHARD!!

Like the comments from others I see posted, this seemed to be a scam to me.  The person indicated that their records showed that we had failed to 'activate' the extended bumper-to-bumper coverage warranty.  I verified online that our status was active and called customer service at the organization where we have our coverage and we were all set.  My plan is to find a way to report to get it actioned. This is a shabby business practice and it will be my pleasure to cause them grief.

I received a call and the lady (Janice) indicated that their records showed we had not activated our extended bumper-to-bumper coverage on the car we purchased last Summer.  She provided me the number 888-255-7500 to call back later when I guess it became clear I wasn't going to purchase anything.  My guess is she was new otherwise she wouldn't have provided even that information.  I Googled the number and found the 800notes.com comments.  It would be a good thing if the organization (others quote it as "Dealer Services", which means nothing) that is marketing their products this way get some type of censure.  I don't have the ability to identify the organization by researching who pays for the 888 number so if your group can show them the error of their ways, that would be great.  

Got a call from this number advertising themselves as "Dealer services".   I declined additional warranty coverage on my car even I bought it a year ago.  They called offering to sell an additional warranty, but it apparently wasn't backed by Mazda... this has the makings of a scam.  Just delete the message, I'm glad I did some research

I got a call from dealer services at home I purchases my car a year ago never gave my home phone number. The guy Lewis was rude from the start asking why I never purchased the extended warranty plan, he could get it started for 700.00 just needed my credit card, debit card number or check. I asked to send me information in the mail he agreed but still needed my credit card number to send information through the mail. I told him I will call back after I check my paperwork. I made a few calls my car is covered. No need to call them back this is the second scam this year.

Dealer services is very rude

Dealer Services advising my lifetime warranty on a new truck wont cover anything and want to sell me a new warranty, I advised they were wrong and they hung up on me, I called them back repeatedly for an hour and ask them how they liked getting hung up on. They called me back from 732-918-9299, cussed me, I acted like I dont speak english, again they hung up. I started calling them back because I have nothing better to do today. Maybe keeping their lines clogged will keep someone else from getting a call.

I got the same call from somebody who upon being asked his name said Jorge Perez, from Liberty Auto Protection. I called back to ask for him but nobody knew his name, so I guess he gave a fake one. The first caller tried to confirm if I was the owner of a vehicle - which I am not, since we least it. When I have received these calls before and I have explained that I lease it, these companies'  personnel, who are all very rude and aggressive, slam down the phone. Who gives them the data??

I have got a call from this number several times. The person on the phone offered a warrant for a car which I no longer own it. I told them to stop calling, but they never stop. Instead they keep changing the person who speaks on the phone. It is really annoying. I strongly believe it is a scam.  

Someone keeps calling my work number by the name of Alan Gosnick and leaving the above number (888-255-7500) but when I call it back it is nothing but hold music for at least 5 mins. I've instructed my coworkers to tell them they are harassing a place of business and to never call back if they do again. Can you report to Better Business Bureau a complaint if you only have a phone number?

This number 888.255.7500 called and left message twice telling me it was time sensitive and gave me two different "case" numbers.  They said they were Liberty Mutual. Plus they called my number and ask for someone else in my family that does not live with me nor ever has nor owned my car.  When I returned the call they did not have the listing of the "case" number and would I give them the number they called (as I used a different number to return my calls)!  When I told them I was told to give the "case" numbers she finally said she did not have either number!  She wanted me to give her my number and I would not - she said she could not help me with out the number they originally called.  I told her no and I did not want something sold to me.  She said it wasn't to sell me something, but yet she did not have either "case" number.

I got a call claiming there was something wrong with the water and they were with some water protection place. Either way, they wanted a call back and I decided to check it out. Sounds like a spam call from what you guys are saying.

I also received their call and googled the number before returning the call.  They even gave me a reference number of 10224 from Carol Lee

They called today, asked for me by name, and asked that I return their call. I know they're scammers and I won't return their calls. Their calls will be unanswered like all callers that aren't in my address book. If I didn't give you my number, you ain't a friend and I don't want to talk to you. Leave a message or enter the circular file!
