who are they?

I've been getting calls from 888-269-XXXX (the last 4 digits keep changing) for a few days now. They don't leave voicemails, and when I pick up I say, "Good morning!" and only hear dead air. Is there a way to stop them from calling??

I keep getting calls from this number. How do you block calls? Can anyone help me? Thanks for any info anyone can give me.

This number calls 2 tx a day, every day. I am sick of it, they don't accomplish anything but irrating and harrassing me, how do you block it!!  This cannot be legal

Scumbags is right - don't answer the phone - ever !!! They will sell your number to all kinds of scam artists and they can also get your address.
