they just took 125.00 from my account as well which will be return NSF. Just called them. There called national credit adjusters. Very nice to work with. They were hired to collect an old debt. Was easy to work out. The debt I had is correct. working out a payment plan with them.

They took $125 with a forged check that was digitally manufactured based off of an old voided check with EZMONEY. They gave no notice, no intent to collect, most important they had no authorization nor did they have a judgement from a court that granted them the ability to pull money out of my account.

What they did was illegal and I have filed a police report, a report with my bank, the Attorney general, FDCPA, and with SOS in Texas under the Tx Finance Code.

NCA was in trouble once before and shut down and reopened under a new business name.

They are a debt collection company. After looking at the computerized check, they have the company that you owe money to. I called to see what my balance was just in case I needed to revoke their privileges to my account (which can be done just ask them) but all I had left on my balance was $20. The rep said that after the $125.00 clears my account, that they will waive the $20 and my balance is clear.

More than likely it is a debt that you owe or haven't paid or are avoiding paying and it is probably for a cash advance, so they have your banking information. Per rep $125.00 is a standard withdraw.

They are not real taling money out of my account continualy calling place of employment, rude & cursing at staff, never leaving message or specific information on what matters are, says they are from "National Credit "
