Con't know caller

Did you answer the phone? Usually the most reliable way to determine who's calling.

If you do answer the phone, the problem is they now know they have reached a valid, working number.  It is my personal opinion (based upon experience) DO NOT answer unknown telephone numbers (especially incoming toll-free numbers).

Not usually a good idea to answer unknown callers but your post begs the question, why are you here?  Why did you come to this site and this thread?  Did you receive a call from this number?  Did you answer?  If you take your own advice then you should know who called and be able to post the identity of the caller.  I suspect you are a shill for this scam.

Thought I'd test my hypothesis that this is just some sort of scam.  Calling the number gets a recording that says, "..you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service..."  According to callerdb.com, this number has no assigned location and is likely spoofed.  All this spells SCAM.  Seems a good idea to block, ignore and never answer this call.

I did the same with the same results - number disconnected or no longer in service.  Definitely a spoofed number.

I received a call from this number I did not answer but when I called back it said number had been changed or disconnected. Just block the number.

I like to always keep a whoopee cushion handy for Telemarketer's.

I just received a call from the same number and I'm in Morocco. Would have expected the 888 number to reach me. It rang twice and stopped.

I am tired of being able to receive calls from numbers that when you call it back you receive the message ""..you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service..."!  How are they able to make calls to people and not be able to identify them in any way?  

i was called by this number and when I called back I received the same message. Here is the trick guys, that recording isn't a legitimate disconnection recording. The phone rang 4 times before I received the message indicating that the message was a real recorder, not a bounce by the telephone company.

Same phony message.  Whatever their scam is, I don't need it.

how don't you stop these guys from calling? If you answer there is no one there. If you call it back they say the number is disconnected.

No message, just the number on the phone... And an hour before got a call fm 855-405-0736 no message.
What are they getting hot of this? I don't answer the phone unless it's a number I know. So it's a wasted buck

Just another way to find active numbers.  If you answer or call back the number is recorded as active and sold to telemarketing or worse hacked and used for international calls.

thats about the 15th call i have gotten from this number. is there a dont call list? this is getting out of hand.
