RM - 5 Nov 2007This is the call back number the 614-729-6036 gave me to give to the relative that was out of the country. When I called after going through the prompts and not giving an account number they asked me for my 9 DIGIT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!!

Warren - 22 Apr 2008I received a message to call Newport News (888-275-2479) about an account I owe. I have no such account, but called anway to clear up any errors. I followed the automated prompts, until it instructed me to enter my 9-digit social security number. Pressing zero only repeated the prompt... beware!
