Got a call from this number. Then had a voicemail. Checked voicemail and it was a recording of someone saying "We have an important message for you. Please continue to hold and the next available representative will be right with you" in a really ghetto tone. Then "the representative" gets on the line and says "helllooooooo.........helloooooooo" then hung up. Number blocked. And done.

Calling every day

Received  a called with a message , saying the i have a case an it was from internal revenue  service. An that they will find my file an get in contact with the police to arrest me.

No message was left. Was not from IRS as someone else said because they called on a Saturday.

No message, hung up as soon as it went to voice mail. As mentioned above, the IRS will not call anyone by phone. It will be in letter form (think paper trail).
