- genio| 11 repliesThis involves the offer of "free" roundtrip airfare on Southwest Airlines from "1st Class Travel" in Costa Mesa, CA.
Other people have reported similar solications from 888-299-6003 offering tickets to Hawaii on United Airlines.
There is ample reason to believe that this company is acting in a fraudulant manner. There is no "First Class Travel" listed at 125 E. Baker Street in Costa Mesa, CA. In addition the bulk mail permit number is issued in West Palm Beach FL. (Others have reported the mail permit being from Tampa, FL.)
Clearly those behind this "deal" are moving around. My advice is STAY CLEAR of this scam and DO NOT give these people ANY information on you.- Caller: 1st Class Travel

https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
Just scan the document(s) (post card, fax, letter, etc), into pdf format, and save it on your desktop. at the end of the FCC's Form 1088 there is a provision to send them the scanned doc's.
FCC DOES FOLLOW ON IT - THEY DON'T IGNORE YOUR EMAIL. I recommend to use this site.
