Left my mother a voice mail saying they needed to speak with me before taking further legal action. tried calling back a couple times, no answer.

Call my place of employment, with a vague message; I had some scammer call 6 month back.  I place a complaint with FCC never heard from them again until now.  Different name and phone number same scam.  When your personal information gets sold, you will never stop getting this type of call.  Never, ever, deal with payday loan places.  I did years ago, learn my lesson and quit getting them.  That how my information was stolen or sold to the scammers.  Be careful with those places.  Ligament collector will notify you via mail once you make contact.   Now onto FCC for my formal Complaint.  Complain each and every time they call. Name of scammer Mr. Matthew,  1-888-285-8508. also, gets relationship with attorney they are very helpful and will educate you. They cannot suit you for outstanding payday loans for those of you still using them.    PLEASE STOP!  Also, check the statue of limitations in your state on such loans.  Until our government put Collection Company out business and track down and prosecute the fraudlent ones. We will always be subject to this type harrassment.

They call me today on November 8, 2011 and stated I had legal action against me and that I should set up a payment arrangement to settle the issue.

first called 1 week ago computer voice naming an old friend of mine. this morning "Mike Matthews" calls and says MY name as a person of intrest on casefile #  the same as previously mentioned. yuck. debt collectors? I thought my friend had died!

This number needs to quit calling me !!!!!

They called me and drafted miney from me three times. Said lian company has stated to return funds to me and they would take me to court because took too long for me to pay. Whenever I call always told simething different. Last call was maybe in October. Was told by some angry guy who answered that was my fault they couldnt draft and pay them. That was his response to when will I get my money back? Need my money. This is rediculous!

Sent letter in mail saying they were citi bank and I owe money . Called and they ask me for my SS number...can't believe I feel for this...
