Scam company posing as pre-screening job applicants.
They asked for your credit card for the "pre-screening" fee of $29.00.
For the $29 bucks they will forward your resume..............right.

I too just received a message from Dan stating that they might have a pharma position and to call them back.  he mentioned Career Builder.

same thing... $29 upfront fee through career builders.

"Dan" called me also and left 2 voice mails, both saying the same exact thing...pharma sales company, call him back because they MIGHT have a position available. He certainly will not be getting a call back.

Dan called to let me know they just got my resume off Career builder and might have a fit reference pharmaceuticals job, literally 4 minutes from my resume post to the call to my cell.

In this economy these people need to be prosecuted to the extent of the law, people are desperate to feed their kids and this is predatory.

Where is the state Attorney?

6-25-2010 Dan called me too in WA, late Fri. nite.  Same phone number, same M.O. "a pharma rep job".  And I was dumb enough to get excited but smart enough to look up the number.  Thanks to all who have been fooled just once and started this post.  Career Builder should investigate, since that his main source, where he found me too.  Police should be able to find him if he's been at it that long and they wanted to.

I just receive a phone call from Dan, and immediately came to the internet, because he didn't say from which company he was calling. So I looked up the number and found this site, thanks to everyone, I'm aware of the situation, and I'm gonna proceed with caution, extreme caution and call him back with different info to see what he can come up with....  This is going to be fun!!!!!!!! tel you later the result.

I just got a call this a.m. from a 'dan' too...Also thought the fact he didn't leave a company name was fishy...immediately googled 888-297-7829 & 'dan' as well...this site popped up.  Poor idiot couldn't even read the talk track for this scam without fumbling over his words...MORON! Besides, I didn't even post my resume on career builder.

Another SCAM........there are NO REPUTABLE jobs....so STOP looking!

If you fall for this SCAM, then you are an IDIOT!  800 numbers are usually SCAMS......DELETE ASAP!

Got my call from Dan the man today. I am glad I looked up the phone number. It felt like a scam.

Got a call from "Dan" today. I don't have my resume on career builder and that's what he mentioned. I do, however, have my resume on Monster so I thought it was a scam from the get go. Good thing I looked up the number he gave me. I wasn't going to call back anyway, but I think I just might call him and give him a piece of my mind! I hate scammers! Good luck to all the unemployed out there!!

"Dan The Man" strikes again.  I cornered his front man and actually got him to hang-up on me!  The $29.00 bit is too "cheap".  Any real employer will do their own check at thier own expense.  Looked up thie number just to check after Danny's scam boy dropped off the call. Sissy.

I got a call from the same number from someone named Dan who said he saw my resume on CareerBuilder and was looking for a pharmaceutical rep.  Seemed strange as the phone number he was calling from came up 800-724-7924

Good info on here.  These guys are a joke.  I decided to call them and waste their time just like they wasted mine.  It was fun, try it if you'd like.  The name of the company is national sales group.  They suck.

Everyone here is so great....thank you all for posting. This guy Dan has changed his lingo now he's saying "We just received your application from Career Builder and after careful review we belive we MIGHT have an opening for you, give us a call back".......right away Dan!

National Sales Group.  Is a real company or is that what they invented for their scam?  I just got a call today from Dan at 888-227-7829. I do have a resume on Career Builder, but I am going to remove my phone number.
