Called several times during last 2 weeks. Leaves no message.

I hate getting calls from dougebag SCUMBAGS!  STOP CALLING!

This is from MRS Collections and they are widely known as evil dirtbags. Do NOT answer their calls!

MRS collections. I dont know who the other comments are referring to. My guy was actually very helpful. I guess some people get used to not paying their bills and get mad when they try and collect. I felt obligated to pay the company back. They gave me almost 3 months to pay 1 lump some. It worked out in my favor, on top of the original company billing me. Plus, the calls stopped immediately! so, my advice is (if they are looking for YOU and YOU owe some company money) to just talk to them and get it handled.

Dont become part of the budget problem everyone talks so ill about.

Sure, everyone should pay their bills. Their LEGITIMATE bills, AFTER verifying the collector is legitimate. Which means receiving a legitimate notice of validation by mail. NOT e-mail or Fax. As per the FDCPA. And verifying that the claims are correct and in accordance to the law.
NEVER pay a collection outfit without determining that they're on the up & up. Believe NOTHING you're told on the phone! Verify EVERYTHING! If they refuse to send you written proof of their claims....they're FRAUDS! ALWAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS! EVER!

It says how wonderful they are, urges you to call them, and says that not paying your bills increases the national debt!  

Does that sound like a real person?  Who would come here just to say that? For that matter, what kind of real person would say that at all?

Who, after paying all their bills, would come to this site just to say how wonderful MRS collections is?

Who has a good experience with a phone call and comes here? NOBODY has nice things to say about bill collectors, con artists, foreign extortionists, & telemarketers - not on this site anyway. Makes it too easy to "spot the shill". You don't have a conversation on the phone, that went well, & then search for that number, followed by a "Well I had a nice chit chat". Too easy! Too easy!

MRS, you are shitoutaluck.  If I had the money, I would have been paying it all along.  Your calls won't encourage me to pay, if anything they discourage me.  Being pestered by folks like you discourage folks like me to do the right thing.  Your number has now been blocked thanks to this wonderful website letting me know who called.  Lucky me, I didn't even get the chance to talk to you!  FO MRS!

Called my cellphone this morning. Left no message. I don't owe anybody anything- and the DB's called my CELL. That's for my own business, not for spammy callers! BLOCKED! Thanks for the info.

Every day another phone call from bored people. It is absolutely annoying!!

It is SPAM because I do not have any debts or unpaid bills.  

I refuse to have a chit-chat with these scumbags.

Caller is now BLACKLISTED and can not ring my phone again.  Good riddance.

These scumbags are true bottom feeders. Whatever you do, DO NOT, answer your phone. They will try and threaten you with legal action. That's about all they can do. Chances are they did not even purchase the debt. Don't fall for their lies! F'n scumbags!

If I had the money, I would be happy to pay the lender from whom I borrowed the money. I do not, howerver feel any sense of obligation to these opportunistic scumbags trying to cash in by buying bad debt for pennies on the dollar hoping for a big payday!

Ive had several calls from this number they never leave a message finally I answered today and no one was on the line so I called back and they proceed to ask me for the last 4 of my social ummm no! I then asked who this company was and what it was for and as she proceeded to tell me my call was disconnected hmmm? Coincidence?  I called back again to tell them to stop calling me and guess what I was disconnected again. This number has now been blocked.

If this is a legit collector MRS, why don't they leave a voicemail.  It's very unprofessional and makes me believe that their are armatures working at this company. If this a real company, leave a voicemail or send a letter in the mail or by email.  I don't know what kind of business the place is running.
