i have 4 charges on my credit card from these people 4 different numbers but all get me to the same lady who tried to convince me that i belonged to their site and that i allowed the charges called all 4 numbers got the same lady and then she told me they would give me my money back that didnt happen and the website she gave me i used the mane and password they gave me no such user

I have likewise had issues with this company. It started off by me (stupidly) signing up for a FREE age verification site - then I found that this company, as well as several others (which all share the same customer service team) charged me for crap I didn't sign up for. I had to file disputes with my bank, etc.

I suggest canceling your cards, filing disputes, and also filing complaints with the BBB.

I'm even considering filing a case with the FBI's internet fraud division since they charged me AGAIN a WEEK LATER after "canceling" my "membership".

Total scam.

They fraudlently charged my account as well.  I have had to call the bank and report it as fraud and get new accounts.

I didn't get a phone call from them, but I just checked my bank account online and noticed a discrepancy.  I called my bank and they just told me that there was a pre-authorized charge from a company called Nuage with the number 1-888-301-3522. I have not made any charges. My bank said the number is in Singapore.

I havent received a call but i noticed on my current account that this number followed by the word NGUAGE debited £1.23 from my account . Waiting on banks reply but i'm shi**ing it just in case my account gets wiped before bank reply.

What was your outcome with this ?

888 301 3522 Nuage Singapore SG - showed up on my bank statement.  I canceled the account within the three days allotted on the 6th, they still charged me on the 30th.  They agree the account was canceled on time.

I have received the following charges on my credit card. I don't even know who they are, or what they are charging for. I have just now lodged a complaint with my bank. They promise a reply within 24 hours.

yes this 'company' has ripped off too many people illegally.  they need to be brought down

try this site but be careful when you get confirmation to cancel membership there is a little ticked box that joins you to another site unless you untick it.  by the way the information it showed as membership details was not from me!!! however it had my email and cc detail.

I had several charges from NUAGE SINGAPORE SG 888-301-3522 on my card as well as several from other fraudulent online "billing" sites. I didn't even mess with calling them I just called my bank cancelled the card and filed a claim for the stolen funds. It looks like these people make a pretty good living off of stealing over the internet.:-(
