They called me today about a past due payday loan from a company I never heard off the usual tone and statement of a case being filed against you under your SS number. I never had money deposited into my checking account from MY ONE PAYDAY LOANS. This is a scam scam scam.....

They called my son and how they got his number I do not know but it pisses me off ! I don't have a clue who they are either!

These lunatics just called my phone. My husband and I have the same name, so I assumed they were trying to reach him. They were rude and wanted to get in touch with him, but couldn't tell me how they got my number and who they were. They mentioned some mess about a legal action. A serious legal action will be sent to you via mail or by the sheriff department, not by a cell phone. These people are stupid! I wish the workers would find real jobs with integrity. I hung up because they were being so secretive about who they were and why they were calling. This is another red flag that this is not real.

This number calls 3-4 times a day asking for a former employee.  I've told them he hasn't worked for us in 8 years to remove our number.  They hang up and keep calling us.  I've tried calling the number back to speak to a supervisor or manager but it says it's a non working number.

They just called me looking for my mother. They said she listed my phone number on a legal document. But they were using her last name that she has not had since 1996. they say its a serious legal matter and I quote "Be a good boy and have your mommy call me or we will just keep calling you whenever we feel like it" Complete scam!!! Don't tell them anything.

This number and numbers from utah same people im sure..I do not answer these and just yesterday they used my friend's list off facebook  & i thought it was my sister calling and it was them threatening to freeze my bank acct. And come to my job or residence claming i owed 1500 from a peruvian bank 13 yrs ago..I never heard of them ..Scam scam scam..They wanted me to make payments to them..Also wanting personal info ... Red flag hang up they say they know you just a scare tactic..If they really knew you then they should know you're hanging up !!!

This company called saying that I owed a debt for a credit card that I ran up and never paid.  I was really confused at first.  They of course offered a settlement if I could pay that day they would not proceed with legal action.  I requested to see the documentation they stated that I had signed to obtain the credit card.  They of course could not produce that unless we went to trial.  Then they really messed up because I asked what date the credit card was opened.  They stated it was September 2000.  I immediately told them they were not getting a dime from me as I knew they were a scam because I got married in May 2000 and there is NO way that I would have opened a credit card under my maiden name 4 months after getting married.

Do NOT pay them a dime!!!!

They are calling relentlessly.  They are calling my husband's cell phone, my cell phone, our house phone regarding a  PAYDAY Loan (a PDL as they call it).  I have never had a payday loan.  They do have ALL of my information and bank account information.  They are scary people if you don't know it's a scam. So today I played along and in turn asked them their mailing address and they asked me why so they could tell their lawyers and I told them, well....I would like to send you my money and she replied we don't accept any money here and I then told her I needed the address to turn them in for harassment and scamming and you called me a 'thief' and hung up.  They don't give out their physical address as someone was shot in their parking lot.  I just wish the calls would STOP!!

Here's the message they left me today:

This message is intended for xxxx xxxxxxx.  I received the fax order regarding a complaint that was filed against you. I have been retained to serve you with documents to appear at either your residence or your place of employment. If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint or wish to rectify the matter you can hit any key on your phone to connect to our office directly or call us at the following number 888-302-5581. When calling please reference file number LMGxoxoxo. You have officially been notified.

I received the same call as BKUSH.  I called them back and told the lady that I didn't know anything about this...I've never had one of these loans.  She said it was from 2011; and that the documents would be sent out.  WELL!  I contacted my attorney (he loves these kind of people..lol); and he told me to give them his information.  I called the lady back; and I even asked if she was having a bad day...talk about pissing her off!  I gave her my attorney information and she said it didn't matter; my documents would be sent to me by the end of the work day; well I'm still here!!  SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.  This is most likely an off-shore debt scamming operation located in the Caribbean.  They call from a variety of numbers and use a variety of CIDs.

ID themselves as PRS.  Possibly Piedmont Recovery Services.  Possibly a phantom debt collector.  This name appears on 800notes, but it is not clear where they are located.

I just let the call go to voice mail checked it when I could. When I called back they said I had a loan deposited into an old Wells Fargo account with a old employer in two different states. When he didn't get the response he wanted he went also called legal jargon on me and said that he would update this information and the company would contact me.. he would not answer any of my questions and he talked over me every time I went to ask a question

They just called me told me North Carolina  When I pressed her for information she got angry started yelling at me and told me that I had no reason to get in her personal business. She hung up on me. She said I shouldn't take out loans I won't pay back and was very upset with me.  i told her she know nothing about me and that's when she hung up. Seems to me if she was liget she wouldn't get so defensive.   I'm sure it's a scam.

Said they were Pedimont Recovery Services.
