This phone number belongs to Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, a licensed collection agency located in Chicago, Illinois. Requests to cease calls are most effectively processed when the subject line of the e-mail contains a simple note (e.g. “Stop Calling” or “Unwanted Calls”) along with the phone number at which the calls have been received.

I have received calls daily for weeks from this company representing Citizens Bank.  I have never, ever had any dealings with Citizens Bank nor have I any outstanding debts with any other business.  I have always paid my debts in full and owe NOTHING to anyone.  I am tired of being harrassed by Leading Edge Recovery Solutions.  I want the calls to stop, immediately.

I am receiving several calls a day from these dirt bags.  I notified my local police department because we have never had dealings with them.  Call your local police and have them sent to jail for fraud.

I started receiving calls from Citizen's Bank two months ago.  I do not know this company.  I have never had dealings with it or Leading Edge Recovery and have NO outstanding debts.  I have sent them an email  advising them to cease and desist their harrassing phone calls or I will file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's office as I consider their attempts to "recover" a debt that is unowed to be fradulent and illegal.  Additionally, I will be filing a copy of this complaint with my county's sheriff's office.  

This same thing happened to me years ago when a debt collector bought some old debts that had been discharged years ago and according to the scum I spoke with,"never updated".  Right. That time it was a "Hurley" State bank.  Threatening these guys with action made them stop.

However the email you listed did not work - so I went to the company web site and contacted them there via their "file a complaint" email process.

Please stop calling my home number 563-933-4556.  I recieve up to 10 calls a day.  That is harrasment!!

We have been receiving calls over and over and over again early in the am and late pm.  They are looking for Todd Caulfield...never heard of him and do not know why they are using my number to find this person.  I asked the operator to STOP CALLING ME AND TO TAKE OUR PHONE NUMBER OUT OF THE SYSTEM.......

I paid off my loan with Citizens Auto Finance and these people keep calling.  I even paid it off early, but still these guys call...I have no payment to be late...annoying.  I even called Citizens and they told me to ignore them.  Easier said than done!  I'm going to block them.

Just started getting a call from these [***]. I literally just got this new phone a day ago. I don't know who they are..I will report them.

Unfortunately this does not work.  They just keep spam calling you.  Leaving robo messages that a CASE HAS BEEN OPENED AGAINST YOU!!  In a fake deep voice.  Saying the police are going to hunt you down when they find your "where a bouts".  Seriously?  Get a life.

These guys are scammers.  Not Citizens, not a legit company.  They call 10 times a day and leave robotic voices messages of a man in a deep voice saying they are going to hunt you down.  They claim a case has been opened against you and that you are in trouble.

Typical [***] debt collection company that cant be bothered to send you something via the US Mail...instead they call 4 or 5 times a day!

I do not, and never had, dealings with this company.  They are FRADULENT!
