I wish I could believe your post. But you are in a business populated by immoral predators. I'm sure this is not news to you. The skeptic in me says that sending you an e-mail would only confirm for you that you are on the "right track" and would only result in more unwanted calls as well as unwanted e-mail.

This number has called me numerous times an left a message. They are looking for someone other than myself. I finally answered today and have been on waht they think is hold for now 6 plus minutes and counting.
The caller leaves a message calling himself joseph combs I believe and he is not on hold because I can hear the taliking in the background. He is using the Mother F'r word quite a bit and talking about needing to smoke.

This phone number is constantly calling my cell phone numbers asking for someone that I do not know. It is getting very irritating! I have told them to stop but they refuse. They call me at night! I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer to sue them for harassment.

I cannot get through to this email address, because it times out while waiting!  They keep calling me to get hold of my son who does not live here. They have no business calling me and I have told them repeatedly to stop!  Any other advise?  Who can I report them to in Oklahoma?

Hey there - legally, they are only allowed to call a 3rd party once. If you have told them to stop and you have no other information to reach your son, you can report this violation of the FDCPA to the FTC. Be as detailed as possible in your complaint.

They call several times a day and do not leave a message or anything!

They constantly around the clock and leave the same message stating "This is Tom Gould, Press 1 now to talk a representative, or call 1-888-306-9058".

No business is mentioned whatsoever.

Ah I know have time to start my own courtesy calling, I sold my small business (Thanks to our politicians) and just have a few small debts to clear up but in the meantime each time I am harassed I will deduct the amount of money from the final payment. My time is just as valuable as these conglomerates and I wouldn't even of had these bills had they were honest about when they would increase the interest rates, which put it out of reach at the time. Just as well though I will never own another cc ever. By the way I have the phone on 1 ring, I just keep logging it down.

I signed with a new cellphone provider and was assigned a number that is constantly being called by these people.  Make them stop!!!

Several calls from this number to my cell phone the last few days.  I'm not the person they're looking for.

I get about 5 calls daily from the number 8883069058 - Monday through Sunday. Please make them stop. I am a disabled person, with extremely high medical bills and low income. I am about to have another nervous breakdown and I am on the verge of having to check into the hospital from the constancy of these calls. Please make them stop.

tom tried to solicit sex from me and said he would include his pre teen son because he's a peterast!!

I am DEAF. I can not hear anything on my I-phone! Stop calling me!

They called threatening to seize my Social Security disability check.I just hate talking to these people. I am unable to work because of my disabilty and now they threaten to take my sole source of income $824.00
a month.

Believe me I would file bankruptcy if I could afford it! However with my limited income I am forced to deal with these scum suckers.

These people are insane. They call my home around the clock and leave these strange messages. I finally answered the phone today and they were looking for a person that does NOT live here. How can they stop calling my home?

I just got another call from this #...it is going to long.  If they really though I had something, they would have sued by now.  I don't even know which account they are calling.  Do they not know that my leaving a message on a phone, others can pick them up and listen.

Just receive my 9th call in 2 days from this number.  No message left again.  Does anyone know how to stop these calls?
