A call looking for my daughter for "serious allegations that may require a court somethingsomethingsomething...."

Calling my work and threatening to serve me and garish my wages.

Caller Id showed unknown. I did not answer. A female left voicemail saying "I want to say it. This message is to verify that someone over 18 will be home the sign for a certified document on behalf of Laura nichols we are scheduled to make a final attempt and if the documents are returned unsigned still be deemed undeliverable and proceedings on the matter cant take place without your participation to avoid further action contact issuing office immediately at 888-308-6019 and reference file number 2475 I'm sorry 247-2572 thank you..." I called back blocking my caller Id and a male immediately answered saying CDL & Associates. I explained I just received a voicemail to call this number. He asked for case number and said it was the wrong case number. Asked if I knew Laura Nichols which I don't. He then said we will remove your number bye and hung up. The issues here are the person leaving voicemail telling someone that she wants to read it and the representative removing my phone number when he did even ask the number that was to be removed. Sketchy at minimum.

I got the same call, some bs about potential charges. Don't give them any info!

Received call from 888-308-6019 said were attempting to deliver legal documents to my address and if I need not  sign for them I would be issued a warrant for arrest.   This is hilarious as the person they are looking for is not even my name!!

Called my dad asking for details about be and stating they "tried to serve me twice already".  But my locale uses the Sherriff's Office to serve notices in person so this doesn't make sense.  Probably looked up someone with the same last name and got luck.  Uncool and unreal!

My mother called me stating that 1-888-308-6019 has called my brother, X-sister in law and my mother telling my family I needed to call back this number and gave them a ref#. They even threatened my brother that they were going to his house (as that was the last address they could find me at; to serve him my paperwork) I called them back and low and behold it was this CDL and they wanted my current address so they could serve me with paperwork to take me to court for an outstanding credit card debt that was paid off years ago.

My son and I both received odd calls from this number today.   Unknown number appeared on caller ID.  When I questioned who the person was calling and what she was calling about she hung up.
