This is a "debt collection service" that is calling numbers to seel their service even when the numbers are on the "don't call list".
I hope they eat a huge fine! [***].

1 888 309 4712       Dialed  the number with *67 and  got a recording  saying... PartnerVision  then it beeps so you record your message. I did a search and it turns out to be a vision optical company.

This number is one of many numbers from Northern Leasing Systems in NY. They are experts in credit card terminal scams as well as harassing debt collection practices. Never let them know about any of your personal/business information, and never answer to this number or you will be getting relentless phone calls. If someone called you from out of your area, always check the number on the internet before you answer. You have been warned. Just google 'Northern Leasing Scam' and see what you got...

Remember, the number appears on your caller ID will not always show you the right number. A legitimate credit card company will never call you and ask to verify your information. Always call the number on the back of your card before you do anything else.

I just recieved a call from this number. The man was relentless. I told him I was not interested and he argued with me and wanted to know what finacial company we delt with and what are rates were, etc, etc. He was rude and would not take no for an answer. When I asked him for his name and number so the office manager could call him back, he said he would call back later. So frustrating!

Sophie was calling to upgrade our access terminals. Don't own any.

I am in Alberta Canada.  I have received 5 hang up calls from this number in the past week.  My answering machine picks up; there is no message left.

I am also in Canada and this number keeps calling at all hours. Sometimes 5-6 times a day. They never leave a message. Looked up the number and found quite a few complaints.

some company is spoofing my company/personal tel number - this number is a fraud, they take numbers at random and display on call display. I called it. . . and they hang up.

I called back and they said they were a consulting firm helping business' to lower their cost of doing business..

Any time a 1.800 or 1.888 number calls, I answer it. When they to speak to whoever, I say "hang on and I'll transfer you". Then I transfer the call back to their own number.

Has been calling for over a couple on months and hangs up. I call back and get just music.

I reside in Alberta and just received a call from this number at 1010h.  They have been calling me on a variety of numbers but never leave a message.  After hitting *67 to block my name and number, I called back on this number and "Judy" answered with "Axxess Payments".  I promptly hung up without saying anything.

According to their web site, Axxess Payments is a payment solutions provider based in Montreal QC.  Canadians should be able to request that their number be placed on the national Do Not Call database.  If they continue to call after that, lodge a complaint with the CRTC.

Americans MAY be able to register for their national DNC list but international callers have been known to ignore the rules.  In these cases, a call to your telephone carrier complaining of harrassing calls  should do the trick.

No one there when I answer the phone, when I call it back I get no answer.

So sick of these [***] calling many times each day on our business and home numbers,someone needs to put a stop to innocent people being harassed and bullied by these scum bags and they are soooooo rude on the phone, demanding and ignorant. They think they have a right some how to pull an attitude with me and I have told them over and over again to take me off the call list and they say" no no it is not true" in an east indian accent what is up with that? Stop the friggin insanity!!!!!!!!!

They called as Access Payment, or something of the sort. I didn't mind the calls, but when I explained we were not interested at the moment, they stopped immediately and hung up. Very rude.

Called in everyday,many times. sick and tired with this number, how we are going to stop this call.

I WANT THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING. THEY CALL SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. WILL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR ME TO FORWARD TO MY SUPERVISOR WHO IS NOT ON SITE. DIFFERENT PEOPLE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY TELL ME IT REGARDING MERCHANDISING???
