This is a fraud that is run from a Florida prison. They do not in fact have the ability to threaten you or carry out any of these threats. If contacted you may want to alert your states attorney general. However I have attempted to get them to provide the spelling of their company name (calling from a prison--you get the speech type) and address, they hang up

Just called this number and the guy answers as the arbitration department. So i told him the person they are trying to contact I do not know them. He said okay ill let them know they are calling a wrong number.. They always call private but leave a number to return a call too.. I dunno what this is????

Received  several messages stating a warrant would be issued. Called and informed the caller they had the wrong message, also let her know in a matter of fact way that it was illegal to state a warrant would be issued regarding a debt...especially when they had the wrong number. Peron on the phone called me a [***]. Submitted a complaint to the FDIC and  looking for a place i can submit the audio files since they are on my computer. Who actually  attempts to collect a debt via Google voice?

This lady keeps calling me from this number saying That she has my social and a file for a claim and that I am being taken to court. But she does not have my full last name correct and she keeps saying that she is going to come to my house and workplace and to make sure I am available for her

Just got messages off my house phone threating me to show up at my job to take me to court over a $315.00 for a person loan I never had numbers I think its a scam.

Someone gave the number 888-314-5225 to call regarding a pending court case against me from a  payday loan.  i spoke to a person that if I will settle my " debt" thru them the case will be closed.  I refused to pay it of course  because I did not make this loan.  The person told me that she will prepare the documents for me to appear in court soon .  Did not want to give any further info.  She claimed she is from an attorney's office.  Why  nothing is being done to stop this harassment to innocent people?  Why this payday loan agencies not take the consequence of their mistakes instead of harassing innocent victims of identity theft?

Tell me about it. These people are evil. All lies. How can they get away with it. I was totally distraught when it happened to me. It is a complete lie. THey told me a sheriff was coming to my house  that day. That was a week ago.
