COLLECTIONS CALL, A.R.S. NATIONAL IS THE AGENCY

They call me at work, they call relatives. I've talked with them and they just don't leave me alone. I don't owe them any money, but they just keep harassing me. what can I do?

Send them a Cease and Desist Letter VIA Certified Mail (with return receipt requested).

You might want to Send them a LIMITED cease and desist letter asking them
"I request that all communication be via mail. My employer does not allow me to receive calls at work."

A full cease and desist saying leaves them  with no option but to sue you.

This company called trying to get information from me about my ex-husand's wife. Everything they said was a lie from the get-go because I would never help nor talk to this woman if my life depending on it

Failure to provide his last name or the nature of the call.

left message I was listed as contact for person they needed to find.  When I called back to see who they thought I was, since I didn't know the person, was given the name of my ex who has never lived at my address or had my phone number.  He doesn't know her either so they lied and just googled the address she gave them, which comes up with his name and my phone number...Another mess I've been trying to clean up for 8 years! He got angry with me but I gave it right back--No one has to take their ****

They keep calling the house and threatened that if the person they were looking for didn't call back in half an hour something abd would happen we don't know what they need because they won't tell us anything

Has anyone had help from ARS, they said they can reduce my card from 7500 to 3000 and a settlement fee and a payment plan. .. has anyone had good luck with these people or are they just trying to get my money (which obviously i dont have)

called an emergency police dispath line, when informed of this, the caller named Amanda stated she wasn't told this last time she called. OK so now she is told this, the phone number she is calling is for emergencies only, she said that a person here missed a very important finacial meeting with her and they need to call her back, ummm OK this is an emergency police line which is recorded, what don't you understand about not calling this number if you don't have an emergency ?!?!

They called today to discuss an account for a distant in-law and became rude when we had no current information on their where a bouts. They were verbally rude saying we were idiots. If any info can be provided about these individuals please do. I have contacted my lawyer and now have started prescreening my calls to record them. Please help provide any info about this comapny. They have no buisness calling us about some other individuals account.

Jackie Bailey (x1484)called looking for my daughter, who has a different last name, and has never lived at this address.  I just got phone service here two weeks ago and some how they put 2 and 2 together and got 11. Jackie asked that I have my daughter call 888-319-0986, x 1484. Fat Chance.

Moe (ext.1298) called at my work and asked to take a message for my husband.  when i asked what was this for and to repeat my husband's name, he said that you know what this is for and was very rude.

Yep. Tell him you have your crystal ball RIGHT in front on you....

ARS National Collections is messed up business. There is a fake Ms. Carptner at x232 (1-888-344-3408) or (251) 338-8230. I choose now not to answer any of their calls, their full of, well you know what. Thank god I'm a law school graduate :)

They also go under the fake name Direct Managment

Get their fax number, if they wont do that, then get their address and send a cease and decist letter. For more info contact me at mnpsych205@aol.com and Ill help you with that letter.
