Melvin called yesterday & left message the received legal petition for tax evasion or tax fraud & being taken to federal claims court & that a sheriff was issuing a warrant for our arrest. Called from different phone today, busy signal several times then someone answered. Asked where he was calling from & said IRS in WA DC. I said yeah right & he called me an idiot. Laughed & he called me a stupid b***h! I think NOT the IRS.

Same exact thing happened to me, Melvin from the IRS. Warrant for my arrest, etc....

SCAM---The IRS MAILS information.  IF you were to be arrested IF you did owe, a process server would show up UNANNOUNCED.

Same thing just happened to us today! Melvin Bajick... Scared the crap out of us.  Who should we report this to? He needs to be stopped!

Melvin called me today about the same thing.

Melvin Bajick, representing the IRS Tax Audit Dept., left me a disturbing message on my answering machine this morning.  Hey, he's sending the local law after me for tax evasion and tax fraud . . . what a nut case!  Just letting everyone know he hasn't been shut down and apprehended for fraud  himself.  How come this guy is still out there and allowed to operate such a scam?

Got the same call from Melvin.  Call the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) and report it.  Also contact the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov and use the FTC Complaint Assistant to report and use "IRS Telephone Scam" in your complaint.

Melvin Belcheck called and left a message stating the Sheriffs department would be coming after me for tax evasion and fraud....ohhhh how I wanted to call him back and let him know I was related to someone in the FBI!  (He left message on our answering machine)  when attempting to call back the number has now been disconnected.....he isnt the first one...we got a call about 3 weeks ago and my husband answered and listened and then said he was going to call the FBI - truly feel sorry for the elderly who might be conned by these cons....Hope someone catches them and lets them be penniless for a LONG time.

I also received voicemail from Melvin (surname sounds like Belcheck but could not make out) from "Tax Audit Dept of the IRS"..  I called the number back and another man answered. Proceeded to communicate IRS audit & violations and warrant out for my arrest. Evidence of unpaid taxes. All my assets will be frozen, employer notified, benefits revoked.
I googled while on phone and saw these posts.  When I asked the guy for his name again and that I would need to call him back he hung up.  

Wow what a feeling! I just got the call myself and I have to say he scared the *#=* out of me at first... My husband calmed me and we googled and saw these posts; thanks to everyone for sharing; this needs to be STOPPED!!!

Melvin still in action.  I called back and spoke to his buddy Jason.  Not a real polite guy.  He threatened us with the same actions.  Kind of scary if you believe it is really the IRS.  I reported the incident to IRS Fraud Department.  The authorities should be able to track him down thru the phone number and stop him and his cohorts.  The callback number for Melvin/Jason was 888-319-6242.

Wow what a feelng. I just recieved a voicemail from a man named Melvin Belcheck from the Tax Audit Dept of the IRS. He said that I was wanted for Tax evasion and tax fraud. When I called him back I spoke to Jason Oconnor he wanted to know the name of my criminal attorney. I asked him what crime did I commit he said the police will be a my house within half an hour. He hung up. I called again the line was busy. I called again Jason answered he said police  were on there way.  I called my accountant to see if he had heard of this from any of there clients. He said he had and it was a scam to get money.   Hope someone catched these guys!!

I  just got called by this guy this morning but I didn't answer and he left a message. It was Melvin and he stated he was from the "Decks" Audit Dept. of  the IRS.  Could hardly understand him.   I am filing a fraud alert with the IRS and also our local state  attorney general's office.  Wow, how easily he could frighten people into some form of action that will only benefit him  and his scam.  Hope he gets caught and  that no one calls to tell him the authorities are on their way to arrest him and they show up unannounced. This is a pretty cruel scam.
