Just about impossible to tell with toll-free numbers because there is not a central registry for toll-frees.

Two withdrawals from my bank account in one day, $39.99 each, only says Chesapeake, VA...  Who owns this number??

I have charged of 39.95 for reoccuring services FROM CHESAPEAKE, VA?  When I call they are close???? I didn't joined any services using my credit card.  I like to see my bills monthly I don't like surprises automatic charge to my account.  I don't thinl so!

I had three automatic withdrawals of $1.95 from this phone number over Labor Day Weekend. I called my bank, reported it as fraud, and had my card cancelled.

I also had two $1.95 withdrawals from my account with this phone number on the same weekend:

After receiving a call at the CS center I work at I also linked this number to United Benefits Advantage (888-235-9042) and Preferred Readers Services (888-645-2558). Not sure if it will help or not.
