Debt collector very harassing, threatening, person who talked with me was rude and wrong!

Not sure what the name of the company is, but they are very rude and very harrassing!  They have left me two messages and never once mentioned the name of the company they were calling from. There is no way I would call them back after the nasty messages they've left me. It's not okay to talk to anyone like this!

I'm am receiving harassing phone calls from 8883240361 please have them to cease and desist...

Nobody reading this can do that for you!  You need to find out their address and send them a certified letter demanding they stop phoning you.

told me that she had court papers for me from out of state . would not tell me her name or the company she was calling for ..

Very rude man telling me that I was having a claim filed against me and that I would have to go to court. Would not give his company.

left a very rude & threatening mesage for a name i've never even heard of, just now. i've had my phone number for over 10 years but they are looking for some Ramirez. She said she was going to their job and residence to serve court papers and this was her last chance and last opportunity to clear things up. left a call back number (888-324-0361) and case number but no name. i don't really care because the call is not intended for me, but i wish they'd stop calling my phone number for someone else. i refuse to call them back to tell them they have the wrong number for whoever it is they are looking for, because i think they'll call me even more if i do that. So i will just continue to IGNORE these calls. She had a strong accent and sounded like a scam to be honest with you.

I got same message and they are calling my mom & my grandfather... I have NO IDEA how they have their numbers or associate them with me because it's their cell numbers.  Ugh!! So sick of these ppl bothering us!!!!!!

I'm sick of it too! this stupid lady calls me everyday now :( it really sucks because it's not even for me! and she says the same crap on every voice mail. if it really is legit, then serve the B*TCH her papers already and stop calling me for her! i think it is a scam tho...it sounds like the lady is talking through some sort of auto tune or something. probably reading a script. ANNOYING!!!!!!!

Guy named richard laughlin called my gf today from an unknown sorce tellimg her she had court papers and needs to sign something I told her it is a scam artist she is worried that it is something important he sounded really dull and had no enthusiamsm in his voice nor did he state was office or corp he was from will be calling them tomorrow then calling the district attorneys office

For 5 years, I've gotten calls for a person who must have once had my number! Today, I received a harassing call from some guy at this number....at 7:30 AM. Needless to say, I'm going to report him to my phone company!
