CBV Collections...  Collections company for Bell Canada, Canada Student Loans, Rogers Wireless, etc, etc...

Have been getting calls from this number for the past three days almost every two hours from about 7:30am on, automated message saying its an important call, to press 1 if you are the person named, 2 if you know the person, 3 if you aren't them and want to be removed from the list.

I keep receiving the same call and when i have pressed #3 to be removed from the list you go to an operator voice mail and then you are put on hold for 20 min which i waited because I work a night shift and by 7 am I am just falling asleep and the phone starts to ring long distance so I run for it and go through the same thing again and again. Yes I have turned off my phone but that was not a good idea as I had an emergency call come in and didnt hear it go figure so i find it more of an annoyance then what is probally worth.

But something I have found out is if you do or don't have a debt that a collection agency is trying to collect answer the call tell them to send it to you in writting by postal and to the address they have on file DONOT give them your address if they have the right person then it will go to their address not to you..and tell them to never call you again and they must abide by that request or you can charge the company with harrasement.

Phone calls as early as 0715 on a HOLIDAY!!!!! Calls persist every 2 hours on a HOLIDAY!! When you call the number back they are conveniently "CLOSED" because it is a HOLIDAY! Hope they are having a great holiday off in peace while they destroy mine!! This is absolute harrassment and the moment I get a hold off someone they will surely hear it from me - not that they care. This is a ruthless collectrions agency from what I have learned. Advice - STAY AWAY FROM BELL CANADA SERVICES in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. BELL CANADA PRACTICES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!! BELL CANADA WILL NEVER, NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Go with TELUS or ROGERS...anybody but  BELL CANADA or you will be ripped off and then expect to pay for it. Even the  Bell operators "O" sound like they hate their job. I Pray that Bell goes under. I hope they go bankrupt and sink!

They have been calling me for two weeks... Not crazy stalking calling though. Almost everyday, sometimes once or twice a day. I'm afraid of Long distance minutes from them so I don;t pick up anymore. I picked up twice and they ask for someone, not me. I tell them I am not that person and I do not know that person. They don't tell me who they are. They don't say anything and hang up. It's frustrating.

They call but won't tell you who they are but a collection agency at 7:30 Am in the morning on a weekend and holiday.

i also get this call and i am sick of it. i get the calls hour on the hour. i don't do any business with these people so stop calling me,especially on holidays and on sundays at 7 am. i now just shut the f--ing phone off, which i don't like to do because there could be an emergency call

Does anyone know how to report them for saying they will remove your number (they are calling me at a school and I have no idea of who they are trying to reach) and they don't abide by my request?  I've requested removal 3 times but it hasn't been done.  I handle a busy switchboard so it's really annoying to get calls that aren't meant for me.

These people call me every hour of everyday.  This is ridiculous.  I don't even owe anyone any money! I pick up the phone only to get voicemail!
These calls go from 8am to 9pm!  This needs to stop!

We too continue to receive calls from this very number and we too have tried to speak with someone when you press #3 but once i was cut off, another time the dude hung up on us and the other time after i requested to have my # taken off their list (as promised) the guy told me "Good Night" ... we still get calls... everyday... about 4 times.

How do I stop this???

How do I report these jerks???  15 calls this week - from a computer, and when I click that I am, indeed the person they want to speak to, I get put on HOLD - 4-5-6 minutes, and I finally hang up.

Then TODAY - the computer calls - on Saturday at 2pm....I wait 7 minutes to be connected to an agent, and they pick up and hang up!!! So, I call back and am told that I owe Bell money but the wonam won't speak to me and I am to call back on Monday - SHE HANGS UP ON ME!!! So, I phone Bell!  I explain the situation and am AGAIN told to call on MONDAY!!!  ARe you kidding me?  THEY PHONED ME !!!!!  I'm just trying to sort it out.

Hey Bell, if you're reading, I'm calling Cogeco - TODAY - and I will no longer be your customer!

i finally googled them got this number 1-888-311-1121 and demanded to be taken of the list ill keep you updated if thats indeed been done
very rude people btw do not identify themselfs and very snappy on the phone

PLEASE so something to have these people stop harrassing us. I worked a 12 hr back shift, finishing at 7 am, they called me at 8 am and woke me up, One hour sleep. I get these calls every hour on the hour until late in the evening. I never answer the phone when I see their number on call display. I called back this morning to see if I could find out the name of the company, they answered the phone with HELLO. PLEASE do something to stop these people. I in a loud tone of voice asked them to please stop calling me. Let's see if this works.

I have had the same experience  calls bout every 2 hrs during day, after about 5pm they increased to 1 1/2hrs up til approx. 10pm..
I am employed so good luck trying to make effort to return call.  Then guy I got barely spoke english and was very ignorant and condasending.  (like don't forget where you came from buddy). This guy so lacked professionalism it was not funny, I complained to BELL however, I believe they were related and not only was BELL not interested in my complaints, there refused to provide any costomer services to me. I won't go on because BELL makes my blood boil and once my contract is finished, this chick is pulling 2 cells, phone & interent then then can all....well, um, have a nice day.
