Keeps calling at ungodly hours.  Leave no message

Three calls in one day (so far), no voicemail, silence on pick up.

called me a few times now. did not pick up, never leaves a message

Calls at odd hours and never leaves a message. If the call is important or even from a collector you would think they would leave a message since most people do not answer phone calls from numbers they do not recognize.

has called me 6 times over the past 3 hours, starting a 7:26 am. Every time I answer, silence is on the other end. I tried to call back but got a busy signal.

They kept calling my boyfriend's grandma, I answered and they wouldn't tell me who it was.  I called back and I got a message from Citi Bank Student Loan Center.  It was a loan collector trying to reach her about another grandson's loans for which she was the cosigner.

Received call from 888-333-4961 - unsolicited.

3 calls today--suddenly a pay app was open on my phone (that I never used b4)  strange coincidence, block this caller!

CitiBank Student Loans calling because I was late...FUnny that they wait almost 1w before calling and keep calling even after you schedule the payment. I really wish they would just sell my Student loan to a company that isn't so annoying to deal with (like wells fargo).
