this number called me and said I had to set up an appointment to get some papers if i didn t they would just give me the papers I called back they said that I owed a credit card company some money and I didn t pay it first i have never had a credit card second since when do they warn you you will be served paprs

Caller left message that they had a summons to appear in court for my nephew and that if the call wasn't responded to it would be considered he received the notice and that this is a legitimate call. I called them back and they gave me my nephews birthdate and other info. I do not think this company is legitimate because of privacy laws you are not suppose to give out personal info could someone confirm if this is fraudulent activity?

I received a call at 11:15 am today with an Unknown number. A woman left a message stating she is calling from Legal Support Services about delivery of my summons paperwork. At this time, I will need to reschedule and she needs me to call her back with 24 hours time frame. She gave me the in house claim number 13-114326. She said it could be the final attempted they try to contact me. No call back, they will be at the address, with my income as verified and information will be issue.

What the F.....is going on. The is another woman telling the caller what to say. I can hear it in the background. SCAM SCAM and SCAM

I got the same message from my sister because they don't have my phone number or address & provided me the same refer # as yours. Its a SCAM. Why would they give us the same refer # ?

That number called to my job and said they will be send the police to my job to give me some paper, because I owned an account  from Bank of America, i called and the lady give me an information and she said that I need to pay 1,700.00 because Im not paid a complete, I told her the 2013 I paid 1,100.00 from the same situation with bank of America and I have a receipt, she send me the paper with a number account and the file number, first the file number was the same for the number for the past two years and the account number from Bank of America don't exist.

Don't fall for this scam

Who did you pay in 2013?  Was it a "debt collector"?  Did they furnish you proof that you owed the debt and that they had the right to collect on it before you paid them?  What this sounds like to me is a debt collections scam where they are trying to collect again, common among debt collectors as they sell paper with names and amounts and have them marked if you paid without asking questions.  This is what is required by law.  And you should never pay any debt collector until they have validated the debt:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

There at it again today after reading everyone's messages realized this is the same people the number was 1-888-334-1178 the lady gave me a case number so i called the police she said they were trying to serve me well ill contact them first the police do not serve anyone i was told by my local police department its sells like [***]

Well i got the same message called on 1-888-334-1178 the message says its Allied trust group its B.S A bunch of scammers don't fall for it
